Within walking distance of downtown. Appeared to be a large old house but the rooms were very nicely done up and in great condition and quite spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Reasonable price.

I would’ve preferred to have opened the window to have actual fresh air; instead it was air conditioning in the room.

Even though it’s situated on a busy street corner, I found the accommodations very quiet and comfortable. The other guests were quiet very well maintained and very clean.

Hall way carpet looks very dirty The bed was old and too high( people short like me need a letter to climb the bed) and make so much noises. If you need to have a caffe or tea you need to go downstairs .

The bed was quite uncomfortable. The staff was kind but not very responsive - both on the app and on site. The “kitchen corner” was not equipped - there was a microwave but no plates, and there was no way to wash our lunch boxes after a day out.

Really beautiful heritage building conveniently located close to the city centre and the main roads connecting Summerside with the rest of PEI. The room was big and spacious and we had access to the veranda, where we could sit and read. Our room had a nice view on the garden. Free parking on site.

Sloped floors, stained hallway carpet, no microwave, and the mattress was too soft and uncomfortable.

A little noisy one evening as you could hear guests moving around in the hallway. ( we were on the main floor). The host initiated a conversation about noise the next morning and offered to give us a different room. It was not that big of a deal and was perfectly quiet by 10 pm which is reasonable. We kept the same room and it was very quiet the next night. If you are a large person the bathroom is quite small. Nit picky things really.

Clean, good location, friendly and helpful host. The host was interested in making our stay enjoyable. There were extras in the fridge to make toast coffee tea. It is a great location to see the local sites.Bed was good and the veranda was nice to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee.

Confusing about where to check in, because it’s an old house. Would be nice to have 2 chairs at the card table and/or 2 armchairs, instead of the one of each that was provided No hair conditioner, just shampoo Can hear people walking, and dropping things, upstairs. But it didn't bother us as we slept. It said breakfast was included, but we couldn't find it. There was a fridge, and a table in the hall with a toaster on it. Not much besides water in the fridge. No bread for the toaster.

Beautiful room, nice sized bathroom. The fellow we dealt with was very friendly. No coffeemaker, as was advertised. Doors open onto wrap wrap-around verandah Spacious room Charming! On a main street but noise didn't bother us. Bed was comfy.

The room location was 3rd floor, fairly steep steps. Once there the room was fine

The mattress is covered with plastic below the bedsheet, that made it a bit uncomfortable and it made a squeaking noise.

The vertical blinds were old and didn't keep the light from coming in the windows. Also no coffee machine in room. Only one in hallway.

I was expecting a continental breakfast to be included as it was advertised when I booked the room. This was disappointing.

They were still waiting for the heat pumps to be connected while I was there, so the room was a bit chilly at night. But David quickly supplied me with an extra blanket and a heater which made me much more comfortable. The breakfast area could be improved with more room for preparation of toast and beverages - and more clarity about what to do with dirty dishes (eg, a place to leave them once we've finished with them).

The location was good. And David was friendly and very helpful - he gave me a room on the ground floor when I told him I had heavy bags and he was good at responding to any other requests I had. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Having access to tea and coffee and breakfast items (including bread, cereal and boiled eggs) - and a fridge in which we could store our own food - were also a bonus .

It was a bit out of town, maybe 15 or 20 minutes to walk, just a couple of minutes to drive.

I really liked this place. The guy who runs it is super friendly. You can store stuff in the fridge, and there's a communal coffee maker.
