Great value for money, bed very comfortable, room clean

The view from the room wasn’t great

The location is good. parking onsite was a must for us. Nice spacious apartment that you can tell has been recently renovated.

Unfortunately it was not cleaned well. There was a buildup of hair in the corner of the bathroom as well as several stray dark hairs in the shower and the sink. We also found a few staples on the carpet in the living room which suggests it wasn’t vacuumed well. The air con being behind a curtain was a problem too as you either lost the cool air or you had to let light in.

Location is good .

We have stayed a few times now . This time small double bed was not great due to size of the bed. . No plug in kitchen Balcony tidy but the roof space just over from the balcony is always dirty with rubbish … We feel accomodation is pretty average

Self contained. On the quieter side of Vancouver, near beaches and out of city hustle and noise. Prioritised our check in to earlier to due our early morning arrival.

Air conditioning extremely loud, turned off. Was summer and a little hot in room a fan would’ve been sufficient.

Great área, awesome staff, comfortable place.

The air conditioner located close to the kitchen wasn't set up properly causing hot air coming inside.

The location was good for us to enjoy the weekend of festivities. We used the laundry machines.

No staff on-site most hours. If you wanted maid service it was $60 plus $3 tax. Still having trouble with unexplained charges to my credit card. Only one comfortable chair. Room on second floor looking at the garbage dumpsters. Tiny bathroom. Lousy, soft bed. We had stayed at the Sunset over many years but we will not again after it has become part of Sonder.

Close to area we wanted to use.

Recycling not only ell organised and food waste had to be kept in kitchen bin for 6 days.

Really enjoy the neighborhood, only 1 alley away the Davie St. main area but surprisingly it’s a very neighborhood. Big spacious room with proper amenities.

Room bit dark and outdated but still considerably fine.

The location was perfect! Near enough to the bustle of the city, great cafes, stores and shopping nearby, and public transportation (direct bus to skytrain to the airport). At night, it was quiet and felt like a calm residential area, the kitchen was fully equipped. As a family of four, it was ideal as it was big enough to give everyone a little place of their own. There is a balcony that may be daunting for those with younger children, but the door latch was reasonably secure, and an elevator was available to aid with tired feet at the end of the day.

Great location, large room with kitchenette, dining table & balcony. Guest laundry provided. Had everything you could want. New & clean

Easy to get into, central, bed was comfortable and the coffee decent.

bathroom was in rough shape. ceiling fan didn’t work, gross stain in the tub, flickering bathroom lights. our fitted sheets had a bad stain on one side, the AC unit was extremely loud and the “fitness center” was a tiny room with very few options.

Bed was so comfortable!

The fact that Sonder has taken money out of my account and I have no idea why ?!!!!

No washing machine

Hotel was one I'd stayed in before it changed hands. The room was perfectly sized, clean and quiet. No real view beyond the carpark behind the building but that was to be expected. Hotel was well placed next to Davie Street for easy access to food and bars. Enjoyable hotel.

Despite being a Marriot member because I had used booking.com to book I couldn't get any points for my stay. One of the reasons I booked the hotel.
