The place is a bit run down, but the value and what you get for the price--if you don't need anything fancy--it is a great space.

Excellent value. The full kitchen was fantastic. It was like staying in an apartment and the value for the full kitchen and living room separate from the bedroom was great.

No heating in this apartment! It was cold at night! The shower drain was blocked! The water was rising in the bath when I took a shower!

It was very dirty! I had to buy Javalisen cleaner to clean and disinfect everything! In 7 days, the towels and trash can were only replaced once! When I arrived, I had to clean the fridge. The door was closed and it was hot inside the fridge! Not very good for our health! Conducive to bacteria! Fortunately, there were no harmful insects in this apartment!

The owner/ staff and office needs love and care. The curtains for the shower need replacing. The freezing cold space with all windows open on entrance after 9pm comes across offensive on purpose. I'd never stay there again!

Had coffee pot but did not provide coffee or condiments. They have the fridge on a timer, and it will turn off, my food or drinks were not cold because of this.

I encountered an issue with the fridge plug outlet, which was non-functional. This required me to relocate the fridge away from the wall and connect it to a working outlet. Regrettably, this meant plugging it in near the sink. Since I had salads and fruit, it was essential to keep my food refrigerated. Additionally, the futon mattress had significant lumps, making it uncomfortable to sit on while watching TV. The property has considerable potential; however, it would benefit from some updates to enhance comfort.

It is an old motel (old bathroom and bathtub) with a old decoration (carpet everywhere). They probably haven't invest in any renovation since a long time. The fridge was not working. Payment only by cash... I don't think it's worth the price and I wouldn't spend more than 2 nights there...

Room smelled of B.O. quite strongly. But we got used to it. Everything was thrift-store cheap, from children's cartoon animal lamp shades to mactac'd coffee table. Unsafe looking electrical wiring stapled to the wall to bring power over to the TV. You get the idea. The minimum money was spent by the owner.

2 comfortable beds. Quiet hotel. The price wasn't expensive.

Old guy, Pord Doesn't communicate properly and gets rude. I asked him that I already paid for the property because booking.com asked me to pay upfront. Would you please check of its paid or not. I also saw him email but he is like pay now or leave my premises. Whatever I was asking him he was saying to leave premises right away. He was very rude. Zero customer service I didn't have any option otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. I also need to know if booking.com has charged me already or not. Because he made pay different amount than what I suppose to pay.

It's a non smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes. I requested for couple towels and Front desk didn't want to give it to me. Each room has only 2 towels and I booked was 3 of us. Front desk was pretty grumpy. Room 22 were renters(they live there), dog barks at anything, keeps waking everyone up even its owners, so yeah they were yelling in middle of the night. They need to update

it has been about 3 years since our last stay and the place was clean enough but the carpets were dirty and the whole place could do with some TLC. we stayed here a lot before the pandemic and it was never grand, but we felt it has deteriorated quite a bit. The people were friendly though.

Very dated, thin walls, stained sheets, pull out bed/couch was REALLY gross, office wasn't open when I tried to check in (despite it being within posted hours) and no one answered when I rang the doorbell, carpets are gross
