Got to remember a set of passwords to go to different places inside the building. The resort is on the quieter side of the rocky railway so give yourself extra time to cross the railroad to the other side of the town. The trains are long and go slowly.

A good location within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and Save on Food grocery store. A nice pool facility. Well managed place. The view on the balcony is stunning especially at sunrise!

There is only one bathroom for a two-bedroom unit. The unit gets a bit warm in the sun and the AC had trouble keeping it cool. Fine at night. The train track is only 100 yards away, so you hear the train. With the windows open you can hear the Trans Canadian Highway.

The front desk staff are fantastic. A flight cancellation meant we wouldn't be there the first night, but they were able to rent the unit for that night at our cost, so we didn't lose a dollar. We were able to check in 1.5 hours early. The beds are very comfortable. The balcony runs the length of the condo. Parking is in an underground garage. The condo is quite large. It has a fireplace, a separate room with a washer and dryer, and a well-stocked kitchen.

Undergoing some renovation work in corridors, was not warned about this.Bare floors, absent skirting boards, piles of carpet tiles awaiting fitting in corridors. Also various codes for access to rooms, parking,spa confusing- a key/swipe card access system would have been much easier

The extractor hood was broken and can not be repaired during our 3 nights stays. the things we bought at the first night cannot be cooked.

Well equipped kitchen. Love that there is a jacuzzi in the room.

The pool, people need to swim using the appropriate swimwear, not a polo shirt and pants and long sleeve sweater. They need to have a stricter dress code policy.

The internet connection here has been a real letdown. The Wi-Fi just won't connect, which has been super frustrating. Honestly, it's the one thing that's been disappointing about our stay at this hotel.

We really love the view from our porch. The mountains are stunning and make for such a great backdrop whenever we're out there.

The place has plenty of room for our family. Location is great in Canmore with grocery store and restaurants nearby. We mostly cooked our meals in a very spacious kitchen.

It was a little confusing to get around with the pool in another building, but was glad there was a pool so happy to take it.

Great room and mountain view, kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The large slide in the pool was an added bonus.

The en suite bathroom toilet was right up against the shower, so you can't sit on the toilet except sideways. Weird architectural design.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the master bedroom with the whirlpool, and the kitchen had all the things we needed. The location was great.

Everything was excellent. 2 minor things: Curtains in main bedroom were more decorative than functional, especially when it is still fairly light outside at 11pm. Only given 2 individual packages of sugar per day. We also had a bit of a noise issue as the residents above were apparently moving out and shifting heavy items across the floor at 2am☹️

As a mom traveling with kids, it was really hard to put them to sleep as it was still light out at around 10pm. Having blackout blinds/curtains would be really nice.

The property’s location is unbeatable. You’re close to everything in Canmore or within a 10-15 min walk.

The apartment was very spacious, with big living/kitchen area and the view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace was wonderful. All the facilities you would want were there - dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The location in Canmore was great, not too far to walk to supermarkets/town/bus stops. The sofa bed was comfortable. Reception staff were helpful. A great stay.

It was very expensive, more than twice as much as other places we stayed along our road trip to the Rockies. Also, we did not appreciate the little notes, reminding us not to take towels, bath robes, etc.… Seemed unnecessary, tacky and irritating. Made me think they must have some kind of problem with people thieving.

Great location, comfortable beds, clean, and tidy, and the pool complex was definitely a highlight for our kids!

Loved it all. If I was to give any feedback signage in the basement should show where the elevator is as it’s not marked at all.

Breakfast wasn’t included however the room came with a full kitchen and dining room. Great use of space, the location to Banff was perfect and the hotel was quiet, we had underground parking which was a bonus!!!! Wish we would have stayed there for the entire trip. Conveniently located to take tours to the multiple parks nearby. Price was very reasonable.
