Reviews of Super 8 by Wyndham West Kelowna BC 3 stars

The breakfast was satisfactory. Some of the lights in the parking lot were not working. The big Super 8 sign was not on making in difficult to spot the motel from the highway at night. There should be a better tv cable package available to guests.

Hotel was in a convenient location for our onward travel to Victoria very clean and helpful friendly staff pillows were a bit weird about 2 foot square so not sure what that's about. Breakfast was OK for free. Overall would stay there again

Everything else. The cost for this dungeon of a room with no furniture / a dirty bathroom that has not been washed down in forever. The pictures on the booking .com website do NOT look ANYTHING like this but it was too late to find another place to stay.

This hotel has all kind of amenities from fitness room, pool and hot tub and continental breakfast. Also my room is big and spacious, this hotel is very clean and quite .And the poll is very warm and relaxing, in fact the best best pool temperature ever. And the staff are very nice and friendly.

Only one thing that we are not happy with; and that is the bed is a bit too high for my liking and it make a squeaking sound when we move and the pillows are not comfy at all.

There was no extra outlets to use coffee machine and microwave and the fridge was leaking on the floor.

There was almost never anyone at the front desk when we walked past the lobby. Does not give a good sense of security as anyone could walk in off the street and easily access the rooms as there is no key-card entry door separating the guests from the lobby. A homeless guy was loitering outside and charging his phone in the lobby. I specifically paid more for a kitchenette room and it didn't come with proper cooking or cleaning supplies and the stovetop didn't work. I notified the staff and it was never resolved even though they said they would come by our room and check it out.

Location was great and the building was quiet.

The hotel was scarce for staff. At breakfast, it was like they kept the food to a minimum. Not a great selection. The room was in need of repair-rust, cracked walls, mould in the bathroom floor. No ventilation in the wash room.

Staff were friendly & helpful and king size bed was comfortable.

Room smelled musty. Smoker room maybe . Couch took up too much room; no room for a bed side table. No lamp on the desk.

The beds are very comfortable and the room was clean.

Breakfast was not very good for the cost of the stay.

Room had odour of stale cigarettes. Very poor breakfast in a dining room that looked like a truck stop. People in the room above ours were extremely noisy arguing and shouting from 12am to 3am. Would not stay again
