The sleeping sofa is inconvenient and should be either repaired or replaced. They build more and more houses around so if your apartment has a mountain view on the photo, don't expect that it is still the case.

The property is rather new and very well equipped. You don't have a keycard and access everything with a code. It's a bit of an overhead, as you should enter the long code everywhere (garage, entrance, elevator, apartment door), but it gives your family certain flexibility. I also liked that you can choose an apartment beforehand and it is exactly like on the pictures (apart from the view). The staff is friendly and tries to solve problems as soon as possible. The location is wonderful. Canmore is a small town and you can walk everywhere if you want to.

We enjoyed the location, the comfortable bed, the great, well equipped kitchen, the laundry room and the views. The robes were a nice touch. Staff were helpful.

It was like its own community and close to the rest of Canmore. It was also our base to see Banff, Lake Louise, and Jasper. Worked well.

Directions to the parking garage (Parkade is a local, unknown term?) on initial check-in. Finding the car spot and guidance to get into the building was not very clear. The check instructions need to be clearer.

Very nice area with only a 25 minute drive to Banff. Canmore is a nice small town, it as crowded as Banff.

Location was brilliant, a wonderful village feel, with scenic mountain backdrop. Local walking tracks were great, Mineshaft local restaurant great. The room was spacious, well appointed, really comfortable. Best accommodation choice of our whole Canada trip. Canmore itself was a lovely town.

The condominium could have had a little better equipped kitchen. We had salt and pepper in small containers and a pepper grinder. We also had garlic powder and smoked paprika for spices and that was all. One of the coffee packages was spoiled and unusable. In addition, the bed was located so that it was almost impossible to move about the bedroom without hitting my foot on the leg of the bed.

One of the bathroom door didnt lock, really not a big issue, other than that we didnt have any issues during our stay.

Spring Creek was very prompt in responding to questions prior to visiting. Had requested for an early check-in which they were able to accomodate. The property was really nice with a great view from the room. An excellent kitchen, the washing machine was a plus. The location at canmore is close to the supermarket and basic necessities, a 15 mins walk or a less than a 5 mins car ride. Overall very convenient. An excellent place to stay with your family.

Great apartment with spacious master bedroom and nice bathroom. The apartment was well equipped and we truly enjoyed our stay. Parking was also good. We did a lot of hiking and having Canmore as base was perfect. Banff is ok but Canmore is so much better!

We were not aware of the construction site nearby when we booked, slightly inconvenienced by the dust which covered the patio furniture and grill.

Location was perfect, easy check-in/out process, beautiful and high quality amenities, large , spacious space, very comfortable and immaculate room spaces, generously equipped with essential needs, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 2 units.

We had a bit of a problem finding parking in the area as there are basically only three 24 hour visitor spaces on the street per building (dozens of units) and one assigned underground space. We were attending a family wedding, so had booked a large space so we could have family members from various places stay together and have a small reunion of sorts -meaning multiple cars. The space itself surpassed our expectations, but the lack of parking in the area would probably make me think twice about booking again.

The facilities were excellent. Very comfortable and spacious. Very clean and inviting.
