CanadaDATED!! We stayed in a King suite with jacuzzi tub. I stayed in the room in 2004 and I don’t think anything had been updated since. Disappointing considering the cost of the room. Jacuzzi tub looked dirty but looking closer, it was evident that extensive patchwork had been done to the tub. Definitely time for an update. One chair in our room was held together with duct tape. Spa pool was closed due to “weather” (although there was no real weather spotted). Overall disappointing stay.
Great location, looks inviting from the outside. The front desk staff was awesome and let us check in early which was very much appreciated.

CanadaThe room was too small and when asked to be close to the brides suite I was put on the opposite side of the floor as her. I was a bridesmaid in her wedding party and had two other kids to worry about getting ready in the room. The room seemed super over priced for the quality of our stay and the room size, the bathroom was very musty smelling and the plumbing was very loud.
I Loved the pool although the first night it was too hot. All the staff was amazing

CanadaReported a parking issue to the front desk and it was evident they didn’t care. I asked the front desk for a larger robe, got some attitude from the staff and never received it. Elevator was intermittent and did not always come when called. Chairs in the hotel room felt rough on the skin.
Great location and easy to walk to other places. Mineral pool was great and kept clean.

United StatesAreas of the property could use an update. It was clean and safe and comfortable, but outdated. It would be nice if the staff would communicate about policies for the pool in advance. We were asked to leave the pool deck several times for breaks and weather, which is understandable, but we would have planned our time differently if we’d known we couldn’t stay out for a while.
The entrance area was inviting, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was unique and really relaxing!

CanadaStaff were not helpful especially in the restaurants. Went with kids to the main restaurant and it wasnt open yet, and we werent allowed to order from the lounge because kids. The servers could have let us know about the poolside cafe but they didnt. Later on, we found that poolside cafe, and ordered there - and were served expired milk. (It expired that day). I asked if we could get a fresher milk for our kids and both the staff there said no, all the milk they had expired this day, not apologetic at all, like we should just accept the expired milk.
The pool facilities were wonderful, thats what we went for and they delivered. Clean, warm lovely salty mineral soak, beautiful scented steam room, cool herbal towels, and a nice bonus was the free yoga class they offered in the pool. I felt rejeuvenated from the experience.

CanadaOur price was outrageous booking through this app. I booked it long before some of the people in our group and they all paid at least $50 less than me and had newly renovated rooms. Even the huge two-room suite with two couches, counters, larger fridge, two sinks, balcony & king size bed was still $50 less than my old Queen room with no balcony! I definitely would not use this app to book at this location. They all booked directly through the hotel and got a MUCH better deal.
The property was fine and the suite my Auntie had was amazing for a large group gathering. The other people in my group had absolutely beautiful rooms at a really reasonable price. I love the hours at the pool and the adult time from 9pm until 12 PM. Moore hotels should do this! That was much appreciated!

CanadaDresser was broken and unusable. Splash stains (likely pop or wine) on the lamp shade. Eating at the cafe by the pool was atrociously over priced for what is a microwaved egg on a grocery store croissant. Nowhere to hang your robe at the pool. Every chair was being used as a storage site for towels and no seating otherwise. Need more hooks for things
Parking was included and mostly a covered lot. Electrified stalls for cold weather was nice. Security to get in and on elevators added a feeling of safety. Lovely lobby.
