The place was super clean, well decorated and organized. I loved the attention to details. Welcome word in French, Netflix account, nice creams , shampoos, bathrobes, etc. Water filter, phone charger, milk, coffee. Everything was on point.

We rented all three rooms on the second floor for a family get together in PEC. Everything was perfect for us, using the facilities in all 3 rooms and the garden.

We had a wonderful stay! Barry, the owner, is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The accommodation itself is beautiful, fully equipped with everything you might need, and feels very cozy and homey. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet the city center is just a short walk away. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Nice, quiet place to stay in a great location. It was perfect for walking to the main street in Picton. Barry was a great host even though he had to be out of town that weekend.

Our stay was exceptional from arrival to check-out! Berry is an outstanding host who pays attention to every detail. The suite is beautifully decorated, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped—everything is in its right place, from makeup removal tissues to a little box of milk in the fridge, for our morning coffees. The towels and robes are of excellent quality, and all instructions are clearly presented in carefully prepared prints. Berry goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and fully enjoy their vacation. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return in the summer!

Barry was a great host, he met us at check in and was there if we needed anything. The room was beautiful, clean, and so quiet. I loved that there were some kitchen items in the room as well as a small sink. The shower was very modern, clean and wonderful. There were other families staying at the guest house and we could not hear a thing. We slept great! The guest house was close to the main street area and we could walk every where. It was amazing.

Coming off the 401 on highway 49 I got a 122$ speeding ticket, what I should have gotten was a warning, as I was doing the same speed as everyone else. If the Ont. govt. and police force think a good way to attract and retain tourists is to hand them speeding violations, there are plenty of other tourist destinations that think otherwise.

No breakfast was served. We brought our food.

Location was perfect; 15 minutes to Sandbanks and walking distance to restaurants and the main street. The suite appeared exactly as online, which was a wonderful surprise. Our host Barry, was warm, genuine and a delight to talk with. Even though we had discussed staying in regular hotel, we both agreed that the service and attention to detail would not have been en par with the experience that we enjoyed.

The room was a little smaller than expected for the price that we paid, but all in all we spent most of our time outside enjoying the nice weather and beautiful town so it wasn't much of a bother.

The house and rooms were very nice. It was just a short walk from the center of town so all the restaurants and shops were easy to get to. Barry was kind and attentive, greeting us when we came in and responding to our needs. The shower and bathroom were especially nice.
