    A great place to stay
    • Leisure trip
    • Family with young children
    • Two-Bedroom Apartment
    • Stayed 4 nights

The room was very hot on our arrival, as it hadn't been used for a while, but it cooled down overnight with the fans running and the windows open, so it was fine after that.

Great location, a short walk to the gondola and easy walk into the centre of Whistler. We didn't use the car during our stay at all. Access to pool was great and it shut at a sensible hour, so there was no late night noise.

If you don’t like kids making noise, in the pool, hallways, this may not be for you.

Everything. The condo had everything anyone could need, even a diffuser for the hair dryer, great for the curly haired gals. Provided enough coffee for a day or 2 so no need to shop immediately. Did not get to use the pool or hot tub this time but have in the past. People seem to enjoy the amenities. Parking was great. Even have outlets in the parking garage for Ebike charging

Kind of liked it despite awful check in, email spam, and tattiness.

The check in experience was poor. I received multiple spam messages and marketing for future stays through Booking.com and also the email address I had to provide for pre-check in before I'd even stayed. There is no in-person check in and, despite what the instructions and app says, your room code is not provided through the 'portal' - you have to sit and wait for an email to be sent manually. It should be made clear that the "pre check-in" is actually the mandatory check in and that you have to provide your credit card details through a dodgy looking website. The room was not well maintained - handles tended to fall off and electricals not work but it was a fun stay nevertheless.

It gave me a nostalgic feel for family holidays I went on in the 90s and had a more genuine feel compared with some of the bland, modern rooms I'd looked at.

Car parking was expensive in an underground car park. There were no simple instructions for using the lounge tv only loads of complicated manuals. We couldn't sort it out so used small one in the bedroom.

Spacious, well equipped condo a short walk to the Blackcomb gondola and town centre. Very comfortable, huge bed. Nice patio with bbq. Comfortable lounge area. Door opened with a key code and you register before and get it sent to you so no check in.

Bath towels could be replaced. Parking should be included.

Location is conveniently located at the base of the Blackcomb Gondola. The ski valet is convenient, and the Jacuzzi/pool area is nice.

Cleanliness of the fridge ( it had spills from prior tourists) and there was a stale, unpleasant smell in the apartment. These should be easy to fix via airing and inspecting the fridge and taking action . We had to take action ourselves

The ease of check in/out. The apartment was beautifully remodeled ( looked like in the pictures) . The shower was very modern and well designed, the kitchen as well and the decor was crisp and elegant. And, although the apartment faced the interior courtyard and the pool/tub , it had a nice view of the Whistler mountain and the ski run.

pool didn’t open till 2pm which was odd.Our unit did not supply coffee filters which was inconvenient as it’s not something you normally bring especially when paying top dollar for these units.

super location with a ski in/out option & a ski valet made it very convenient.Units are nicely updated & the one bedroom we had was large & included a BBQ on the big patio.

A cooker hood would have been a nice addition.

The kitchen was very well equiped and good to use. Bathroom was also very modern and nice. Cool to have two rooms one bedroom and one living room/kitchen. Hottubs were hot and good. Location is calm and still the village is reachable in 15min by foot.

The finer details were lacking, I found a glob of hair on a towel, the bathtub drain didnt plug entirely, the kitchen hot water only worked sometimes, there was a little alcove on our deck that seemed to be covered in mouse poop. No vacation spoilers or anything but room for improvement.

The pool and hot tub were great, kids loved them!

There were a few items missing from the unit. Would have liked a couple cookie sheets for cooking with, and a silicone turner spatula. There was a metal one, but no plastic. Didn’t want to scratch the frying pans. Also, everyday kitchen items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil or ziplock baggies would have been appreciated. When compared to another unit a friend stayed in, she had all these things plus a bag of sugar, olive oil, spices and more! I had to take extra sugar packets from restaurants and only had one pack of coffee provided. Finally, there was no air conditioning in this unit. A floor and table fan were provided but it got quite warm in the unit on those 30 degree days.

Easily accessible, could walk up path. Secure gate. Pool facilities. Online checkin portal.

It is an older unit that could use an update to replace worn carpet, new set of working bedroom blinds to keep light out, closet mirror was cracked, some kitchenware was put away dirty, bed not so comfortable (firm/old). Overnight parking is expensive during shoulder season at $25/day. Perhaps unavoidable but water was shut off for one day, although notice was provided. To be fair, the price was very reasonable, seeming to account for all of the above.

Nice, quiet location, great pool and hot tubs, full kitchen and utensils, spacious unit, good communication and directions. Smooth check in/out.

Keypad was great for our group. No carrying keys around, or collecting them and dropping them back. This apartment 339 is original condition, tired decor, but that's reflected in the price. Clean & comfortable.
