Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaWould have been nice to have a door connecting our two rooms. Also the breakfast was ridiculously overpriced!! Especially when the price of the hotel room itself was so high, as we had to get two rooms to accommodate our family.
The water park of course!!

CanadaNo breakfast but luckily A&W is super close.
The pool was a huge seller with having 3 kids. They loved it and went in it both days we were there. They keep it so well maintained and clean.

CanadaThe room itself was Great! We got upgrade to a pool side room which was wonderful and by 10 everything shut down for bed time. The only complaint I had and it has nothing to do with the hotel and room itself is we had a very noisy neighbour next door who insisted on yelling at their poor children and baby all Night.

CanadaI tried to book Friday 15 and Saturday 16 but Saturday was sold out. I paid $139.00 plus tax fir Friday and requested a Saturday Room if they had a cancellation. I was told Friday to check Saturday morning fir cancelled rooms. No one called so at checkout I asked again and they did have a room on the main floor same designation of room 2 queen beds. I said that would work but rather than clean 2 rooms just leave me in 277 and move the new guests into main floor? Thst was a good idea!!! Then the front desk person said since they were sold out my rate for Saturday night would be $249.00? Obviously if there is a room then Sold Out is impossible. I thanked her for the trouble and checked out. I will not stay at the Atlas again, this experience plus the fact that with a Water Slide this is too childern oriented… families not solo travellers.
The attached lounge to meet friends.

CanadaFor the price I paid I think that a free breakfast should have been included. Other comparable hotels in the area did so at a cheaper rate. The water park looked awesome. I did not have time to go into it. So give me free breakfast instead. Not unreasonable.
Comfy beds. Private access to my floor. Quiet floor

CanadaFelt a couple of wet spot in the room when we first arrived. Presumably from the pool which was understandable but unpleasant on feet. More heads up, the pool closed at 10pm so the rooms that are close to the pool WILL be noisy. Ours also close to the cleaning supply room or exit of sort. Can hear loud slams.
There is a restaurant right at the hotel lobby which was great since the hotel does not offer breakfast. Free for kids under 10 which was great. Timmy’s a 5 minute walk away. Waterpark was great for the kids and hot tub great for the adults. Bed was super comfy.

CanadaThe second night we booked a last minute room because we had to change our plans, I think we must have gotten the last room you give out, the smell was terrible, smelt super musty like it used to be a smoking room for years, and felt dirty, the tv was in a weird spot so it was hard to watch from the bed. The bathroom was super dated, felt like we were in an old folks home. It was night and day from our first nights experience. The most disappointing part is that it was the same price as the first night, so I expected the same type of experience.
We stayed two nights, each night a different room. We were very impressed the first night. We even got upgraded to a pool side room which was amazing. The cot we asked for was a blow up bed with bedding included and we were happy with that as well.

CanadaI didn’t care for the parking situation. Because the location is on a busy street and two or three different options to pull off at an often having to go around to the back or the side was just a little frustrating. The layout of the pillars and the elevator and the front desk was a bit awkward.
The water park was excellent. The attached restaurant was a good feature, although we didn’t use it. The room was clean and quiet. The location was excellent for where we were visiting and easy to find off the highway.

CanadaAs advertised, the pool area said open until 10 pm. We checked in late, and the pool area was being shut down at 9:40. The slides got shut down at this time. My opinion would be if it states 10 pm, leave the entire facility open until that time.
We rented a room here primarily for our daughter because she loves slides and swimming. The staff were great.

CanadaNo fan in bathroom, got too foggy after shower. Just accustomed to having exhaust fan I suppose. Not a deal breaker, just worth mentioning.
All good things. Huge comfortable room, clean to my OCD standards, the pool was a heckin good time. Very reasonable room service fees. The staff will go above and beyond to accommodate and fulfill requests from visitors, much appreciated.

My kids absolutely loved the water park, it was definitely a highlight for them! Parking was a little hard to find, and I wasn’t a fan of the bathroom layout since it felt quite small. But even with that, I still really liked the place overall and would recommend it.
