Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very convenient for a quick overnight stay. Handy to Hwy 401. Easy check in and out. Decent value for the money for an older motel.

Lots of sand pails for cigarettes outside room doors even though considered non-smoking. Too much light in rooms at night.

I do wish there were more outlets for us to be able to charge devices. Also, it would be good to have firmer pillows.
The room was comfortable and just the right size. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning really helped.

You have to realize that you are booking a 4 star motel, and that's what you are getting. Place seems old, and in our (cheapest room there) #7 room, hard to find electrical socket. Had to unplug microwave and move it to get coffee maker close enough to reach socket. Some buttons not working on tv remote. Place is off the betten path, can't walk to anything.
Our room was surprisingly large. Everything was spotless inside.

The smell of disinfectant was quite strong when we first arrived but it went away in a couple of hours after opening the windows.
Location was great. The place was clean and adequate.

JSYK The kitchen has no supplies for kitchen use. Erin at the desk supplied us with pots, pans, dishes, plastic silverware, Dish towels, dish drainer, dish soap. Fortunately I brought a foil, foil pans, cutting board and sharp knives.
Good value for the price. Room was large, beds were comfortable. Staff was very accommodating.

We showed up an hour or so before the listed check in time and we were turned away.
The best things was that everything worked in the room and nothing bad happened. Dont try to check in earlier than check in time.

We paid extra time have a room with a kitchen but there were no dishes, no pots or pans and no cutlery. Really disappointing as this was not advertised or declared at time of booking. Finding out when you check in leaves you in a bind... The night manager did give us some dishes soap and old towels, so that helped a little.
The room was clean, the staff really friendly and the towels were super soft

No hot water. We had no hot water till the morning. Told staff about the issue and was told that it happens when too many rooms use hot water at once. There wasn't alot of cars parked there so I don't think too many people where there. We were thankful that we had hot water in the morning so we could take a shower.
Clean room. Good location off the 401. Price was reasonable.

There was no hot water for us to be able to take a shower or wash our faces, and the staff made us feel like if we soiled the towel we would be charged for it, and the entire unit was freezing and we had no way to maintain the heat and when we called for help they did nothing.
It was really clean and well maintained, so that was really great we felt comfortable sleeping with that fact

Only situation was there was no switch for the light over the bathroom sink for the light. Bathrooms need upgrading.

There was nothing I "didn't like".
The location is extremely close to the Hwy 401, A great stop over for any travelelr seeking an inexpensive convenient overnight. Ideal for economy minded families an for travelling tradesmen.

The room needs curtains on the front window. The light from the sign and parking lot was too bright with only the vertical blinds.
It was easy to find, and a good budget option. I didn't use it on this trip, but the full kitchen would be useful for a longer stay. The space was dated but the bed was comfortable.

I had to jiggle the cable box to get tv to work, some of the lights, coffee machine, tea kettle, … weren’t plugged in, and I had to move furniture around a little in order to find a settling place so I could use the appliance’s. I missed out on the breakfast but primarily due to me being an early riser, and after finishing the in room coffee service, I was away for more and an early morning meal.
Very convenient highway access, as well as being easily accessible to the near by community of Coburg. Plenty of near by necessities such as mid day and evening meals, with in walking distance. I very much enjoyed putting out peanuts for birds & squirrels, then sat outside my room with either hot or cold beverages, and took in the visits of squirrels, blue jays and other peanut eaters that nature provides.
