This our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. Beds are comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Denise and Alain were so helpful and gave us lots of recommendations on where to eat, places to visit and a great history of the area! Highly recommend!

No suggestions - we were very happy with our stay.

Fiddle and Sea is in the charming small town of Port Hood, just along the road from the interesting fishing harbour. The building was designed to be a B and B. The guest rooms and their bathrooms are very spacious and comfortably furnished. The house is just over ten years old so everything looks clean and fresh. A lot of thought has been given to providing tea and coffee for guests, cookies, access to a microwave, etc. The breakfast was very good - fruit cup, yogurt, homemade bread for toast, a baked egg dish, etc. The proprietors are very friendly and welcoming and provide suggestions on interesting things to do in the neighbourhood.

This is a wonderful find with clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. The view is amazing for a sunset. It is close to several good eating options and a free ceildah on Wednesdays. Breakfast is delicious and so filling. The presentation and fiddle playing by Alain was a perfect complement to Breakfast. We loved this place.

We didn't plan for time to enjoy the warm water and soft sand beaches. Stay at least 2 nights if you can!

Breakfast was exceptional!! We took Alain's suggestion to eat dinner at Red Shoe Restaurant for good food and music, and we're glad we did!

Just for me, with mobility issues, the stairs to breakfast were a challenge, as was the slope from the car park.

The breakfast was outstanding! Our host was enthusiastic to acquaint us with what to see and where to go….and he could play the fiddle!!!

Located midway between Mabou and Judique, Port Hood was the perfect location to visit the Red Shoe and the Acadian Cultural Centre on the same day. The B&B was large and comfortable with an excellent bed. Our room was located on the ground floor so access was easy. The excellent.breakfast was different each day. We also appreciated the slideshow. Illustrating recommended sites in the area.
