Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaThere was very little extras. There was a tv but you needed to access your own streaming service, there was tea but no milk. Getting into the place was difficult as the code had changed for the front door but I wasn't informed. Once I understood the process it was fine

CanadaNo local TV or cable. The AC situation probably could be addressed with a small instruction or trouble shooting manual mounted beside the remote.
You can’t beat the location. Right downtown in the heart of the action. It’s above a trendy Mexican restaurant on a busy street, but we didn’t hear a sound when we wanted to sleep. There is a TV that allows you to use your own subscriptions for different streaming service like Netflix and Prime, but does not have cable or local TV. We also some issues with the wall mounted AC unit starting on the second night, but the temperature outside dropped, so we didn’t look into it and it disrupt our stay. Super clean and funky place. Didn’t meet any staff as it’s all coded entry for from door and the little lock box to get your swipes for your unit. Welcome to the future. Would definitely recommend The Franklin. We had a lovely stay.

CanadaAbove a late night bar/restaurant . Bare bones no real comfort for sitting and relaxing (one hard desk chair). Coffee station inadequate , old creams that curdled the instant coffee.Hooks on the bathroom door were missing . Nothing to set our luggage on for accessibility.

CanadaThe location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the conference centre. The room was spacious, and the shower was lovely. I called the number provided once during my stay, and the lady who answered was responsive and very nice.

CanadaThe internet/wifi was non-existent in the room. Communications with the hotel contact did not yield a response. Cleaning staff were supportive in also trying to reach out to the property but no response received during a week long stay. If you need internet during your stay this is not the place for you.
Great location. Good communication in advance of arriving. Easy to access the front door and room.
