The whole room could use a real, deep clean. There were cobwebs in the bedroom and the edges of the carpet needed a vacuum.

Great location and lots of room for our family of five. The beds were very comfortable and the shower amenities from Rocky Mountain Soap were very nice.

Pricey for what it was but the whole of Banff is disproportionately expensive compared to many other west Canada destinations.

In general, a good place to stay with reasonable amenities.

Felt dated and in need of remodeling. Everything worked, but for the price, we thought it would be a bit nicer. To be clear - nothing was wrong with the apartment. It’s just well worn and in need of updating.

Quiet overall. And you didn’t realize how busy it was as we had a ground unit facing the forest. Bed was comfy and unit spacious.

Needs a deep cleaning to reduce sneezing from dust, shower head in downstairs bathroom needs replacing. Guests should know about their balcony view, if that’s important to them, before checking in as it’s a very expensive condo to stare at “nothing”.

The pictures online are a bit deceiving as far as the size of the resort and the pool options. The resort online DEFINITELY appears more luxurious than it is actually in person. This was disappointing to our family for sure compared to what we expected from the pictures when choosing to book here.

Adequate space for our family was lovely. Wish there was another sitting option as the couch only fits 2 to 3 people in a home that can sleep 8.

The cleanliness ! I made several phone calls the first evening, the next day and the third day for dust, sticky furniture, kitchen was dirty, broken screen door going out to deck , bugs in the condo, broken shade.Very disruptive to my vaca!

Even thou the hot tub jets were not too powerful the view was great. Hopefully the pools and sauna are being cleaned well.

It's very far from town, but the bus stop is just right outside. Your stay includes the bus pass. There's no restaurant on site. The pool is a bit small, and it's full of kids.

The rooms and decor could use updating, and the pool area could benefit from a remodel. The sauna was unusable due to kids running in and out constantly—staff should enforce rules so it can function properly. Room cleaning every three days isn’t enough for a resort, and basic supplies like coffee, sugar, and creamer weren’t replenished. It would help to have paper towels stocked in the kitchen. The pool/spa area also lacked adult-only enforcement, which made it hard to relax. A bar or lounge offering drinks and small bites at the lodge would also be a great addition.

We really enjoyed the peaceful, secluded location—tucked away enough to feel immersed in nature, but still close to downtown Banff. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the pool and spa area with mountain views. The natural surroundings made it feel like a true retreat.

Two of the four burners in the room on the stove were broken. The laundry services on site were broken . Needs to be updated for the cost.

Location was pretty! The staff was friendly and accommodating. They had bear spray to check out complementary if you returned it at the end of the stay.
