The AC unit is pretty loud. We didn't need it most of the time, but that might be a bit problematic on hot summer nights.

The coffee and food at the lounge are amazing! The staff were very friendly. The spot is very decompressing (despite a pretty loud concert across the river at Artpark, our first night,) and we came home rested and rejuvenated.

The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Quiet, lovely balcony, a lounge area for everyone on the bottom floor. The motel is in a quiet residential area halfway between Niagara and Niagara on the Lake. We could relax after a day of tours/wine tours. We loved our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

The pantry was supposed to be open 24/7, for coffee, tea and ice but our code for the door didn’t work. The lounge didn’t open until 8AM so we couldn’t get our early morning coffee. The lack of an elevator is difficult for older people who are on the upper level.

The location was serene and beautiful. I liked that it was located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It felt very safe.

It was super quiet which is exactly what we needed. Beautiful 10 minute drive to the main Niagara on the Lake strip which was perfect as we could still enjoy it but also have the quiet time we needed. I had messaged them about things to do, places to eat etc and got some really good suggestions! I look forward to returning!

The updated exterior is beautiful. However, one of the main reasons I booked was because of bookings website photos of the white siding classic motel look. So I was a bit disappointed with the exterior. As well as more options in the lounge for "off season/winter season," not having any food options was kind of a damper come the mornings. Love that baked goods are offered during peak, but off-season travelers should have the same luxury as well. Coffee offered in room was espresso so unfortunately we personally didn't enjoy it but was a nice option to have. Hours could be extended a bit later, too, as if you did want to purchase any of the wines, etc, it's closed by 7.

The room was exactly as expected, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location was perfect if you didn't want to be right in the bustle of the Niagara strip. Was tucked away but close enough that if an Uber was needed, you weren't spending a fortune going to and from destinations. Lots of observation areas and trails nearby as well, which was a nice option to have. Overall our stay was very enjoyable! Will definitely be back again!

This is a very comfortable hotel with a super easy check in and check out process. This was my third stay. The rooms are decorated in a very fun way and the DeLonghi coffee machine is such a nice touch. It’s a quick drive into to town and other local sights. Highly recommend.

Had to run the hot water tap for 5-10 minutes for the water to heat up, room was very dry, no garbage pail in the main area.

Lol We didn't meet any staff. Thought that was a little odd but it was easy. It was a little far from downtown. It would be great if we were there longer to enjoy the area, trails etc.
