Nicole was so accommodating and flexible when I was delayed with car troubles, she made everything smooth as easy after a stressful trip. Breakfast was wonderful and the other guests were friendly and kind. The room was clean and cozy, all the little touches made for a perfect stay. To top it all off, it's just minutes away from Cavendish beach, Green Gables heritage place, and so many great restaurants. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

The Inn was lovely, location was very convenient and there were pretty pond views. Our room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was oversized with a jetted tub all were very clean. There was a coffee maker and pretty mugs available as well as an assortment of coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast was fabulous! Made to order each morning from a menu with your choice of eating in the dining room or suite delivery. I highly recommend this B&B and look forward to visiting again. Nicole gave us some great recommendations too, places to eat, sights to take in, fantastic experience.

The rooms are very homey which can feel more like staying with a friend than at a hotel. That being said it’s like staying with an old and good friend since Nicole is a solid gal!

Nicole and her family are very warm and considerate people. They treat you like family without overdoing it! I loved the location very close to North Rustico and the Blue Mussel Cafe. The private deck was very much appreciated as well as private entrance. Nicole goes overboard by offering breakfast delivered to your room which was a nice perk since we were so pooped from all the local activity!

A place to sit in the room, a small couch or relaxing chair would be a perfect edition.

Location was great. Our room was easily accessible from the outside. We felt very welcomed at the inn, breakfast was top notch. Nicole did a great job with places to eat around the island and gave us pointers on where to go!

It was easy to miss the property when driving on the road, but not difficult to turn around and get there.

The owner Nicole was very helpful with recommendations. She was friendly and greeted us with a smile. She offers a home cooked breakfast brought by her to your room as well as the option to eat in the dining room. I recommend this property highly. The location is magnificent.
