Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesAfter a two day stay here, followed by touring other Atlantic Canadian provinces, we returned for a one night stay before our flight home. We were given an upgrade that consisted of a complementary breakfast and a room with a walk-in shower and with robes and slippers. The staff displayed their usual outstanding level of amiability and service. All in all, what a pleasure it is to stay here.

We had the most wonderful stay. The staff were super friendly and exceptionally accomodating. The rooms were very comfortable and the hot tub, sauna and swimming pool are great for all travellers. The happy hour at the hotel bar was excellent.

The entire experience of staying here was fantastic! We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite which included a full breakfast. The room was large. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff were all extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, and the waterfront. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location right in middle of city, two blocks from citadel, three from the Harbourside. The suite was great, and had a living room, bedroom, and a bathroom. The bathroom had shower and a jet bath. Very comfortable stay.

United StatesThe room service is a little tricky. The food came quickly, but we kind of had to train the young person during our stay, and there were always mistakes in the order. The server was very sweet, though.
The in-room coffee was really good! Also the hotel provided distilled water for the CPAP machine (I did call ahead). The location was walkable to most things we visited.
