After a two day stay here, followed by touring other Atlantic Canadian provinces, we returned for a one night stay before our flight home. We were given an upgrade that consisted of a complementary breakfast and a room with a walk-in shower and with robes and slippers. The staff displayed their usual outstanding level of amiability and service. All in all, what a pleasure it is to stay here.

We only had a one night stay but it was a great location. The staff were really helpful especially Kyle at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.

We had the most wonderful stay. The staff were super friendly and exceptionally accomodating. The rooms were very comfortable and the hot tub, sauna and swimming pool are great for all travellers. The happy hour at the hotel bar was excellent.

Everything was great!

The entire experience of staying here was fantastic! We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite which included a full breakfast. The room was large. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff were all extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, and the waterfront. Highly recommend staying here.

The view from window was mediocre. A little confusion about breakfast service, and tipping the waiting staff. Nothing else to complain about really.

Great location right in middle of city, two blocks from citadel, three from the Harbourside. The suite was great, and had a living room, bedroom, and a bathroom. The bathroom had shower and a jet bath. Very comfortable stay.

There was a bug in the room when we arrived. Advised the staff who explained they would let housekeeping know. Offered to let us change rooms

The room service is a little tricky. The food came quickly, but we kind of had to train the young person during our stay, and there were always mistakes in the order. The server was very sweet, though.

The in-room coffee was really good! Also the hotel provided distilled water for the CPAP machine (I did call ahead). The location was walkable to most things we visited.
