The housekeeping team do very basic cleaning daily, they did not remove trash in my room or clean the kitchen, just made the bed and added towels. Was a little surprised by this.
Wonderful reception staff, extremely helpful and professional. Great rooms with a big kitchen and balcony. Pool area is stunning and lots of BBQ space. Highly recommend for groups/families!

Canada1 reviewVery GoodWe loved the rooftop patio pool and the majority of the room. One thing I would suggest would be increased locks on the doors to prevent children escaping rooms. My 4 year old could unlock and get out of both patio and front door so it made us nervous for the mornings. We had to move a heavy chair in front of the door. Having a deadbolt on front and back door would have put us more at ease.

Perfect location, suits are perfect to accommodate friend groups with their 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a quite large open kitchen/living room area. The view, the location, the personnel, the roof top pool, everything was perfect. So perfect that we extended our stay 1 more day.

Loved everything ! The location, the space (thought we were getting a 2 bedroom & pull out couch , but got 3 bedrooms !) the view, the staff. 🙂 Ohhh & omg the rooftop pool . 6 very pleased ladies .

Fabulous location on the lake. We had a large apartment style room with separate bedroom, lounge and full kitchen with balcony overlooking the lake. The room was well appointed and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We were in walking distance to downtown restaurants, visitor centre and shops. Parking available for a fee.
