The person we dealt with was very kind and patient. The location is gorgeous, quiet, and fairly close to the Village. Overall, it was a great stay and I would go to Snowbird again.

Bit older bathrooms. Management is a big company instead of a local contact that can be prompt. We had to send ID and credit card over email / phone to get the entry key.

One of the door key pads was not working upon arrival (used other door for entry) and there were quite a few stairs in the unit (4 levels with 3 sets of stairs)

Spacious condo with high ceilings, lots of windows (pretty nice views), a gas fireplace and 3 balconies. Very easy to get shuttle to lifts (bus stop was in front of condo and free shuttle comes every 8 minutes). Unit was very quiet and the hot tub was large, and very hot! Underground parking was very convenient and well-lit and less expensive than most in the area.

Pillows were terrible. Upgrade to some softer ones please. Beds were bit hard . Picture on booking.com was different as had big high window in lounge.

Quiet. Hot pool was lovely. Good location free number 5 bus from right outside the front of whole complex . Allowed us to check in early .

Clothes dryer doesn’t dry well. Suspect internal clog, or ducting clog. Recommend duct cleaning at minimum.

The hidden fees were a bit of a surprise! Parking charges, taxes and whopping cleaning fee doubled the charges. Could be more upfront about this...

The facilities were excellent. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Kitchen was big and well supplied with dishes. Everything we needed.

Loved the space, very clean, great communication easy instructions. A bit pricey but you pay for what you get. The kitchen had everything that you need to cook for yourselves. Very quiet area up on the hill. The complex has a Jacuzzi to relax.

The showers weren’t easy to use and the lighting was poor in the licensee room. One of the toilet flushes didn’t work properly. I reported it to reception, but heard nothing before we left.

Underground parking and access to the property. Location relative to Whistler village - quiet but close enough. Hot tub was a welcome for relaxing after a day in the mountains.

It was A little bit dark in the living room, But it is due to style and the trees in front of window. No complains.

Excellent location and facilities. Hot tub, Barbeque, underground parking (saved us during the rain), generous equipped kitchen, spacious rooms. Everything was perfect. Quite expensive, but it is worth it. Highly recommended.

However, it was not clear for us that this is actually a multistorey apartment. With 2 young children and with our bad knee condition, climbing up and down was really very challenging for us. Still have to constantly watch for kids safety because of the multiple stairs. It cld b stated somewhere in details but none of the photo shown include any stairs. Might b good to make it clear for reader to know. Thanks.

3 flights of stairs totally 41 steps to get up to the living room - definitely not for people with mobility issue. The fireplace between the kitchen and living room was inconvenient. Lots of water splashing out during showers on the third floor bathroom as the shower curtain did not block water well.
