The mattress was very bouncy so you noticed any movement from your partner.

Room was clean and bright. Very nice bathroom. I would like to have had more cereal and pastry options that were not sweet. It would have been helpful to have instructions for the Keurig as we don’t use one at home. The location was very nice and the deck is a great place to relax on a nice day. If the weather is bad, the kitchen also has a great view

A very cosy suite with a well equiped kitchen! Loved that it was right on the water. Loved the washer and dryer, stove and fridge. Spotlessly clean and beautiful big windows!

Nothing. It was perfect.

The view and waterfront. It was decorated beautifully. The owners were lovely and had everything ready for us. An amazing place. I wish I could Have stayed longer.

Honestly, I can't think of anything. A walkable distance to town would have been nice, but not essential. It was only a five-minute drive.

We stayed three nights at The View, a beautiful aptly-named property in Triton, NL with a huge deck that overlooks the ocean. Jason and Larisa are the owners, and though they don't stay there, they live close by and visit every day, and sat to chat with us and the other guests who had gathered after dinner on the deck. Check in was a breeze, with codes for the front door and room door provided ahead of time. Home was absolutely spotless, bed was so comfortable, and the breakfast options (self-serve) were plentiful and delicious. We ate twice at the Bumblebee Bight Inn and Brewery (also owned by Jason and Larisa!) and had lobster that was delicious and rare for that time of year (none to be had in Twillingate!). The town of Triton is very cute and has a wonderful Sperm Whale museum with the best museum curator we've ever met, an ex-teacher named Terry. A great stay!

Quite frankly I was overwhelmed by the beauty of the place. The views from the room and downstairs veranda were spectacular. The quality of the fixtures and fittings are high end - the owners, Larisa and her husband, obviously have put a lot of love and thought into the place and are made us feel so welcome. Good choice of goodies in the fridge for breakfast - I wasn't expecting that. The room was so comfortable - just spent the evening watching the sun going down. The moon reflecting on the water was magical and we saw a whale from our room. With hindsight I would have stayed more than just the one night.

Absolutely beautiful. I could live on the porch. Rooms are bright, cheery and ultra comfortable. Refrigerators in every room. Full use of the kitchen at all times. BBQ and fire pit.

Manager was a bit short. We arrived before 4pm. It was raining. I asked if I can sit in the lobby and she wasn't agreeable. The room wasn't ready so perhaps she was stressed.

Everything. Newly and tastefully renovated. Very clean and comfortable beautiful view. Would stay here again.

There was nothing I did not like at the View

Style and comfort of House, right out of a magazine. Amazing hosts with use of kitchen and wonderful breakfast. We enjoyed meeting other guests. The view was fantastic. We spotted whales from our room.

Very modern (brand new built in 2023). Great location overlooking the ocean (saw a whale from their large beautiful balcony) and had an outdoor firepit. Continental breakfast had a large assortment.

We had reservations at The View, but due to circumstances, were provided alternate accommodations at The Bumblebee Bight in nearby Pilleys Island. Our host Larisa went out of her way to ensure our stay was nothing short of superb. Highly recommend.

I can’t think of anything.

The view was wonderful, very clean and host and hostess very friendly. The continental breakfast was amazing, the fridge fully stocked as well as the counter. The spacious area was perfect for strangers to meet or to be left on their own.

Larisa, our hostess, was wonderful: kind and attentive, gave us a tour as we arrived. The views are breathtaking, and we saw minke whales from the decks!
