It’s very long and not very well signposted where things are. Very confusing, unless you are here for several days. Spent a very long time wandering round looking for an ice machine, nothing marked on elevator as to which floor. No guest directory in the room with any info as to what you find where and what you need to do.

The waterfront position is fantastic and to have the swimming pool was great. Secure parking included. Everything was lovely.

Location is perfect. It is right on the beach surrounded by lots of restaurant options all in walking distance. The accommodations were exceptional and have everything you need should you want to relax in your room for a meal or sit on your own patio. We would definitely come back again.

Nothing, it was all great.

Awesome location. Super close to both beach and Main Street shops and cafes. Staff super helpful and friendly. Clean and comfortable. Spacious room. Easy access to beach. Abundant parking.

The parking in the parade was a bit tight. Some of the furniture in the room was a bit worn

Pool was great for kids. Right on the water is a bonus. The restaurant was fabulous and most important, the staff were great. Nice and clean.

The only negative thing I could find is that the apartment didn’t have its own private bbq. Also, the AC stopped working the second day we were there.

Great place, great location. Staff was super nice. Big comfy beds, had everything we needed in the kitchen. Love that we had both the lake and pool option.

Everything about this place was great. The location to downtown, lake and walking trails was excellent; you couldn't find anything better. And the views were amazing. Prior to arrival I had read about the 'noise' around the pool. Well we did hear the noise and it was great!! It was so nice to see kids outside, playing and having fun (vs inside glued to gaming consoles, etc)!! There were some adults listening to their music but it was tastfully quiet.

The door terminal to access the main street was broken for our entire stay, forcing us to circle to the main entrance each day. I wish the pool stayed open longer. 10pm prevents adult casual soaking. There could be a volume warning or something to allow people to stay late in the hot tub. Just a suggestion. Also, most resorts offer a complimentary breakfast, so I was shocked they didn't.

The room was spacious with a nice porch. I appreciated how well-insulated it was given that we were above the loading area. The pool was large, and the two hot tubs were shockingly massive, allowing us time to actually privately soak in the evening. They supplied robes.

Reception staff not the friendliest

A town house right on the lake edge but right in the town. A good size pool with a fun slide. Plenty of towels available at the pool. Very pleasant pool staff. Just a great place gir young children. Very easy

Our room overlooked the bistro, and we found it a little bit loud. That being said, the noise ended around 10 PM each night, which was very reasonable. Also, one of the toilets in our room never quite worked right. We had maintenance look at it several times and they were unable to solve the problem.

The property is beautiful, and the lobby, rooms, restaurant, and pool area all look brand new. The location cannot be beat. It’s right beside a grocery store, liquor store, and pharmacy. We booked a two bedroom, two bathroom lake-view room and were very impressed. Also, the air-conditioning in the room was excellent! The pool is perfect for families and has a large slide.

On our last day, one of our beds was not made and we found some crumbs on the floor. So it looked was not fully cleaned. After we talked to them, they came and made the bed.

The studio unit we stayed in needs a new bed. It was obviously worn out. Saggy.

We have stayed at The Watermark on several occasions. It is always very clean and the staff are very kind.

I think the pictures online for the Lakeview provide a perception that the room is lakefront view and there is a bbq on the deck. The first room we were put in was along the side of the property with a Sideview of the lake, no sun and what i would describe as poolview. I think full Lakeview should be exactly that. Perhaps updating room types to reflect what they truly are would be good to avoid disappointment (poolview, partial Lakeview, etc). We were able to move to a room that had full Lakeview and morning sun which was lovely. Thank you.

Need more pillow choices on the King beds. All 4 of the pillows provided were way too big around and did not allow for decent sleep. A small thin =, but given that there are 4 pillows on the bed and 1 in the closet, a choice of pillow thickness would be nice!

This is a super comfortable place!! we have now stayed there 5 times and have loved it every time. The staff are great, the rooms are comfy, and the restaurant is wonderful. we have always enjoyed our time here.

Fantastic room. Great size. Nice comfy king bed. Well appointed furniture, great little kitchen with everything you needed and the bonus was a patio! We had the “city view” which was great, because we also were able to see the rolling hills and beautiful sunsets.
