Property does not respond to any request after checkout. Also, property does not return the deposit, although the term has already passed.

The only thing that was good the location.

My experience was terrible. The room was extremely dirty—the bed and sofa bed were dusty and caused me constant itching throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. When I reported this to the help desk, Aman told me the only solution was to send housekeeping in the morning, which she at least acknowledged politely. The next day, housekeeping only came after I called twice. At reception, Sav was very rude and told me to leave the hotel instead of helping. When housekeeping finally arrived, one of the women (whose name I don’t know) was upset with me, shouted, and said “nobody checks like this,” despite clearly seeing the dirt. On the other hand, John from housekeeping was very kind, helpful, and cleaned the room properly. In addition, the tea provided was old and tasted awful, the washing machine didn’t work, and the security box was broken. Almost everything in this place was not functioning. In addition, there was always dirts and trash in the corridors. It was too expensive too, I deeply regret booking this accommodation.

We had a beautiful room that was very clean and well-serviced by housekeeping staff.

The location is close to the sea shore. There are many restaurants around (with diverse price ranges) and it's close enough from the touristic places of Toronto.

There is no service available (breakfast, etc.). The housekeeping was unacceptable : - we were 4, had 2 towels in the room, asked for 2 more, got 3 towels total the next day. - our little one had a "nightly accident" - we asked the bed sheets to be changed : not only was it not done, when we mentioned it to the desk we were given sheets and were required to change them ourselves. - there are coffee cups, unfortunately they were not replaced the second day - when we came back from our visit, the door was open (had not been closed by the staff) - when we had to leave we mentioned all of this to the desk director. She promised to talk to the housekeeping company, to her management for compensation and contact us back. One month later, we still have no news.

The best is the location just right at the shore and small harbour and park areas, overlooking the sea. Great for evening strolls or if you want to go running. Moreover in walking distance to diverse restaurants, shops and GO station to Toronto or the other direction to Niagara. The appartment has a very good layout, sofa and is open and light with huge window to the balcony.

I'd say, the hotel has seen better days. Some furniture, walls or equipment would need a fresh up, dishwasher not working etc. There is almost no dishes in the kitchen. You can ask, and staff is always helpful, but still limited. Seems no one really cooks there ;). The balcony is not equipped at all and full of "leftovers" from the birds, not been cleaned during the stay and plenty dead mosquito in the corners inside. So overall there is no issue with cleanliness and fine to stay, but it's not the 100% you expect.

Very convenient to get to. Great location for walking, good restaurants. Hotel clean. Staff friendly.

Parking is a bit tricky when you first get in to register.

Lovely view of the lake and very nice to be able to sit out on the balcony to enjoy it.

The restaurant wasn't open, but looked like it could be really nice.

Nice location. Near the marina and good restaurants.

Very worn down. My first room sid not have a working shower. Despite advertising a restaurant it was permanently closed. No gym. It was a converted hotel room but was filthy and half of the equipment didn’t work. Actually had an “out of service” sign on the door.

I only enjoyed the location and the view from the balcony. The view of the yachts and boats was beautiful.

The hotel is in urgent need of renovation or at least replacement of the furniture, which is extremely old. The room had an unpleasant, stale smell, and even the cabinet under the bathroom sink was rotting. The bad odor started right from the hallway upon arriving on the floor. The carpet in the living room was in terrible condition — very old, dirty, and smelly — to the point where I felt uncomfortable walking on it or even sitting on the furniture. The kitchen and fridge were also very dated, although functional. For the same price, we stayed in a much higher standard hotel just a few days later, so I believe the price for this property is unreasonably high given its poor condition.

We stayed in a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed for our son. There was also a washing machine in our apartment, which was very convenient. The hotel is located near a train station with direct connections to downtown Toronto. There are many restaurants nearby, and the harbor view was beautiful. Paid parking was available right next to the hotel.

We had to make our son's bed ourselves. I always find this strange in a hotel, but it's happened to us before. Maybe it's common practice? The lady who brought the bedding hadn't brought any pillows for the bed, and there weren't any either. Only the bedding. She said she would bring them the next day, but we needed them right away for the night. After insisting, she brought one for us anyway. We'd put a sign on the door saying we didn't want anyone in the apartment, but they went in anyway. When we booked our stay, there were still pictures of a restaurant. But that restaurant no longer exists. The pictures have since disappeared, too. I thought that was a shame. So, no breakfast. We couldn't really use the kitchen in our unit. There were no pans or a kettle in the unit. All the available dishes were still in the dishwasher.

The location was convenient, and the room size was comfortable. Having a kitchenette was helpful, even though it lacked cooking equipment.

Despite staying over 3 weeks, the service was consistently lacking. One night we were locked out of our room and there was no one at reception for over 15 minutes. When the receptionist returned from outside, she gave conflicting excuses, was dismissive, and claimed our key wasn’t for the room — without offering any apology. The room wasn’t well cleaned (dusty baseboards, dirty fridge), and the toilet ran continuously throughout the stay without being fixed. I had to request basic things like vacuuming and sheet changes. There was no thank you or acknowledgment at checkout. The hotel calls itself boutique, but the experience didn’t reflect that — especially for the price.

    Confortable bed

I booked one room through Booking.com, but due to an error, the reservation was sent to the hotel as two rooms. I would never have booked two rooms just for my husband and me. The hotel refused to refund the extra room or allow us to use it on another date. Booking.com also failed to respond to my complaint. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The hotel manager was rude and unwilling to communicate.

Easy check in and check out process. Font desk staff were pleasant and courteous. The room was larger than anticipated, and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and quiet.

The room and hotel decor definitely need a redo as it is quite dated. Note, the bathtub is very deep and anyone with mobility issues or walking balance/issues would definitely have trouble getting into the tub/shower. They definitely need handrails. (Perhaps some of the other rooms have this, I am just commenting on the room we stayed in.)

The scheme the hotel uses of charging for parking only when customers use booking.com we find very deceptive and unacceptable. We have stayed here many years without paying for parking. When booking.com website shows the final total price, it is not true.
