Some of the lines were too long for the children to stay in.

The property was clean and well maintained. Lots of activities for children and adults.

Room smelt like wet-dog.. unfortunately we were in a dog friendly room which smelt.. we did ask to move as we do suffer with pet hair allergies but due to the holiday break no other rooms were available..

Great location ideal for everything.. good in-house restaurant, gym, children's area..

There was no ramp at the rear to get down to the lower tier next to the pond.

The Westin Trillium House had a pleasant and warm vibe about the place. Pierre at reception rendered a brilliant professional service with courtesy. The staff were all very well mannered and made everyone feel welcome and at home.

Bathroom toilets too close to wall for bigger bodies.

Stayed in 2 of the different resorts now, and both have wonderful double rooms and everything you need.

I didn't like how the mugs were not cleaned properly and dirty mugs were placed back inside the cabinet.

The room was spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Cleanliness rating would have been very good, but a maggot was found on the pull out sofa - got chills when I saw it. Housekeeping did quickly change the beddings and added a mattress topper.

Friendly and attentive staffs; resort location was central; spacious room for three - like the kitchenette

Resort fee, extra charges, rooms aren’t updated, no free breakfast, bad coffee in room (for the price I expected maybe a nespresso).

I wish the hot tub/pool area opened an hour earlier, so we could enjoy some extra relaxation time in the morning prior to check out.

I love that the hotel resort fee, includes a wrist band for blue mountain activities, such as the ridge runner rollercoaster.

Loved the suite having 2 bathrooms was a must. The beds were comfortable. The pull out couch could be upgraded for a thicker mattress.

    Nothing, everything was perfect

The room is amazing, very spacious and with a fireplace, which makes it even cozier. It's one of the few hotels in Blue Moutain that is pet-friendly and we felt it's really welcoming to our dog. The staff is amazing, the food at the hotel restaurant is really good, and it is at a very fair price. The hotel is located inside of the village and a few steps away from the lift, which makes it even more perfect The trip was amazing and I'll be staying at this hotel next time I go to Blue Mountain for sure

The stay was great, but felt they had cut back over the years.

They used to show movies throughout the March break, but for some reason they stopped. Nothing fun happening at the hotel during March Break. Noticed a lot of cutbacks when compared to previous years. The room was not vacuumed when we checked in. The room could have been more cleaned throughout. No slippers offered in the room, which doesn't seem on par for being a Westin hotel. The robes were not found in the rooms - we had to request it from front desk. The O&B restaurant service was OK. Wasn't too impressed with their cocktail selection, and we found it very odd that a restaurant like O&B does not have any proper martini glasses to serve martinis! I don't think the new Resort Fee that added is worth it and it's odd that it's made mandatory $44/night. I bet most guests are not utilizing the activities everyday, and not many activities are even available/included. (ice skating is closed during March Break. Snowshoeing closes at 4pm). They should include the Ridge Runner as one of the activities - that might make it more worth it.

The front desk was very helpful in getting us sorted out and coordinating the requested floor and rooms with the rest of our group. We enjoyed the Pool facilities the most. The Bathroom renovation was nice, with better storage than before. The fireplace warms up the space quickly which is nice.
