Lovely: you can hear the ocean from your happy cabin; easy walk to see the views, even if one needed use of a cane. Happy, clean space and a short lit path to the clean kitchenette and private washroom.

The location is easy to find, host Ton super nice, provided detailed instructions before we arrived and also available on site for helping us to check in. Cabin super clean and lovely, comfort station is newly renovated with kitchen and bathroom - hot shower provided. The most amazing is the path to beach, beautiful ocean views and highly recommend for the sunrise. We also see seals in the morning!!

Basic wooden tents, nice layout, cozy and nearby to the shore as well perfectly remote to hava a quiet and relaxed time. The host is very nice and helpful - anytime again!

Delightful, tidy, clean, comfortable all wood tent cabin. The loft space is cute and cozy. Attentive and accommodating host who makes an excellent breakfast. Many touches, details for comfort and convenience - small bbq, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, broom, extension cord, cards, bug repellent, etc. Dedicated washroom and fridge and utility kitchen very much appreciated. beach is a large stone beach, not for lying down, but Vast Water view and rural setting perfect for detachment.

A lovely stay in a wooden cabin tucked into the forest. Cosy but comfortable with a communal kitchen that we really appreciated to save costs on meals in restaurants. A lovely walk to the beach and the most amazing pannekoek for breakfast and some of the best coffee on the island! Don't miss the breakfast in the Cafe!

The only minor concern was a need for a few more chairs at the ocean perch.

Ton was incredibly kind and welcoming. I had a few extra requests, and he went out of his way to help with everything. The private beach access is a fantastic perk just steps away and so peaceful. And the breakfast was freshly made and absolutely delicious.

Everything was perfect!!

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and super warm , we had to lower the heat. The person in-charge was super helpful. We were hungry and all the restaurants closed around 7.30 . He went out of the way to make sandwiches for us even when the Moose cafe (on property)was close. Merci beaucoup !!

Amazing stay here! Ton went above and beyond to support our group. We travelled with friends from abroad, and they had an amazing experience. Having a fire next to the beach at night as you could hear the waves crashing was a highlight of the trip. As a Nova Scotian, I will definitely be coming back again, and recommending this place to friends. I have backpacked around the world, and I especially loved how they have their communal kitchen and bathroom set up with each cabin having their own bathroom and shower, and mini fridge. The cabins are gorgeous, and I had a delicious chilli from the cafe on site. Beautiful path to the beach, and if you wake up early, you can even catch the sun rise. Ton is also very knowledgeable about the area, and as a group who was going with the flow, he made some great recommendations for our travels. Thank you so much, ZzzzMoose!

Excellent service. Although it's better to go when the restaurant is open. The people who received us were wonderful, even though they aren't the owners (the owners were on vacation). We had an amazing time. I'll come back definitely!

The owners went above and beyond to accommodate my family! The place is very clean and perfect for young couples with children. Private bathrooms are located outside along with a communal kitchen, so you can prepare your own meals if you want. Didn’t eat at their restaurant but at check out we noticed that it was packed with happy customers. Hope to come back in the future :)

We really had no complaints. You can’t view this as the equivalent of a hotel room, but rather as an upgrade from camping in a tent, we were very satisfied.

We booked this as an alternative to camping on a rainy day. It is a bit like camping in a little cabin. It was clean and had more beds than we needed. We used our sleeping bags on top of the mattresses. You could also rent some bedliners if you wanted. There was a desk, a little table and three lamps and a heater, which worked great. The bathrooms were outside in a separate building, but each cabin had its own private bathroom with a shower. The bathrooms were clean. There was also a nice area where you could cook in that same building complete with kitchen Utensils and cookware and dishes. Each cabin also had a small refrigerator in that cooking room which you could use. The owner was very helpful when we came and showed us around so we knew where everything was.
