The location was really nice - a quiet house near the river and away from the main highway. The property was very spacious too and would have been fine for more people although we were only 3 in the end. It was a good springboard for the dinosaur sites which we visited and where we did some hiking. The museum in Drumheller is very impressive and we spent a morning there. we walked into town for an evening meal on a couple of occasions which took about 10 minutes. we enjoyed the hot tub - we lowered the temperature a touch as it was very hot!

On entry we were given a door code but we had to press another button first which we were not informed of. we had to phone the management company who were very helpful. there was no instruction about what items can be recycled (and what cannot be) - maybe i missed this online? when i enquired over a chat line, i was charged for a return message which told me where the bins were (and they weren't !) and nothing about recycling. i think it was probably an AI service?

The location was great, close to everything we wanted to do.

The house needs a good cleaning both inside and out. Especially the fridge. We did not use the hot tub because it was so dirty outside. We had to purchase toilet paper and kleenex. There were no wash clothes available.

Loved everything. Exactly as described. Super friendly hosts. Very clean. Super comfortable. The area is so serene. It’s very quiet. Fresion Bros grocery has amazing ready made food.

Small point but we couldn’t get the AC to work until late in the day. Would have been nice to have on a hot day.

The location across from the Riverside Boardwalk was nice. It was quiet. Room for larger groups.

The furnace wasn't working (high of 16.5C). Coffee pot, dishes and frying pans were dirty. Hot tub was not working. Their rates and cleaning fee were higher than standard seasonal rate which we were willing to pay but NOT with so many deficiencies. When all feedback and pictures were supplied to owner their response was beyond disappointing and all they stated was thanks for letting them know and they look forward to hosting us again.

We loved the decor, and the size of the house and the location.

The place was not clean. The floors were dirty, and some crumbs on the counter, and the stove was not clean. There were several flies inside the house, buzzing around- no fly swatter and cobwebs in the living room. The downstairs washroom floor was not clean either. We had trouble getting the code to work, and instructions for entry were not detailed, so we were confused about which lock the code was for. There's a lock on the gate, the front and back doors and it was not apparent that the front door had a touch screen. I tried to arrange a late check out before booking but got no response and then after booking we could not get a straight reply either until after we arrived. There were no written instructions in the house to give wifi info or house rules etc. It's much more time consuming to scroll through emails looking for info. I'm not even sure if payment has been processed. That was unclear also. All in all, this was not a great experience 😕
