It is almost 57 mins from Tobermory, but would be worth saving you hundreds of dollars.

Great motel and good location for Tobermory and Saugeen beach. Had to give compliment of the lady at desk, she was really nice and helpful.

The wifi isn't great, but the location is rather remote. A few more wall outlets or a powerbar near the beds would be helpful. One outlet available for phone, laptop, and tablets was not nearly enough.

We stayed here in 2024 and thought well enough of it to book again in 2025. The rooms are much larger than most hotels. The furnishings are older, but work well and provide a lot of storage. The beds are very comfortable. It has a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The TV is a flatscreen. There are patio doors to a quiet, tree-lined yard. The restaurant closes at 2 p.m. The meals are generous and reasonably priced. It has a large menu.

Exceeded our expectations of a motel room, it's clean, large, and well-kept. The room comes with a mini-fridge and a microwave. Friendly staff. You can adjust the AC temperature too. Enjoyed our stay!

The wifi and cell reception were not good. I did not use the guest wifi, so it may have been good. Data was not.

The room is large and well equipped. There is everything you could want or need. There are 2 triple dressers with mirrors, another dresser, a luggage rack, a portable fireplace, a dining table, and 2 chairs, a 2-door mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, extra pillows, ice cold air conditioning, patio doors to a quiet back lawn surrounded by trees. The beds were super comfy. The furniture is 1980s, but in good condition. The bathroom is outdated, but lots of hot water and good water pressure. The TV has lots of channels and good, clear reception.
