The only reason I am giving low score is very bad communication with the host. The host was not reacheable via phone, only via sms messages, not replying on Booking platform or with significant delay, giving very short and unclear explanations (for example where to find and leave the keys of the apartment, what is the password for the keys pick-up etc). This has made my check-in and check-out experience very stresfull. Overall, I didnt feel supported by my host during the stay. That is why I dont recommend the place.

The apartment is great, with the most beautiful view, centrally located, cozy and very clean. The location of the place and the view are just amazing.

The best thing about this apartment is its location. Being so close to the CN Tower was a huge plus for our visit.

The process for getting into building and parking was a complete headache, you have to do multiple trips checking in and out.

Convenient location down town, close to major things like Roger's Centre, CN Tower, Ripley, restaurants.

The condo needs a good dusting but overall was clean and pleasant. I was in a rush to leave at checkout and having to strip the beds, start the laundry and take the garbage out was annoying, however, I do understand that this is not a hotel.

The location was great and the host was very responsive and helpful. The price was very fair and the check-in process went smoothly.

It was incredibly dirty we found several hairs on the matresses and on the pillows the home wasnt cleaned at all. Whats the point in staying somewhere to sleep on a dirty bed ?? Also it doesnt look like the pictures so dont get fooled, the property has dirty / used up furniture, even the shower didnt work properly. I usually dont mind these kinda stuff but this was super dirty and looked misleading wouldnt come back!

Just 2 small suggestions. It is such a great condo but the shower head in the main bedroom is terrible. Can't say i have ever seen one quite like it. The bed frame in that room also squeaks alot. My daughter and I woke each other up every time we had to move lol. Maybe some reinforcing would fix the squeak. It does not make our stay any less enjoyable. Everything you need is in this condo and would definately stay there again!

Be ready to be waken up by sunlight early morning has the curtains don't totally block the light and the condo is surrounded by massive windows. (*Love these windows by the way)

I would have like to have darker curtains in the bedroom for better sleep. Other then that it was a great experience.

The restaurants and food places were close by. They were very good. All the major places we wanted to see were in walking distance. Lake Ontario, NHL Hockey Hall Of Fame.

The location is perfect - easy to get to many attractions with easy access to the underground shops for when those storms blow in! The joining instructions were easy to follow and the facilities were good. The beds were comfy and we had a great time there. We felt like we were in a tv show. Thank you!
