One of the beds matress was too firm, other than that it was all good.

The stairs too much for us as two of us were seniors and post surgery knee. We were hoping to sit on the deck as pictures showed nice deck area but could not sit as it was dirty, dead wasps and furniture not what we saw on the picture. Very disappointed. Did not find dishes very clean and area needed to be vented before our arrival.

The apartment was dusty and pots and pans needed a good scrub as they were pretty dirty and dusty.Its not fully air conditioned there is just a portable AC in the living room.

Location is great.Quiet property.We had a small confusion which was resolved quickly by the owners.Kitchen is well stocked and so is the bathroom which was great for us.

The showers didn’t work well and there was no hot water during the entire stay,the second night certain areas of the house didn’t have power and we had to stay in dark the whole time.The host didn’t answer the call and reply to the message untill the next morning. The local contact given said that he stopped working there years ago.The WiFi didn’t work as well

First off, the place was filthy; Dried on poop around the toilet rim, floor was sticky and clearly not swept. Drying towels where damp;stains and dead bugs on the pull out bed in the living room. Also, the kitchen sink was dirty and so where the dish cloths. The bedroom cover was full of stains, pillow cases were dirty but flipped over to the “clean” side. Dust under the bed and someone else’s pair of jeans. Shaving razors left on the floor in the bathroom.But lets say i turned a blind eye to all this, there still was no hot water in the bathroom. And when I called the host she didnt respond until the second day and she never came to fix it. Just texts on what to do which wasnt working and she didnt bother.

There was no mention of stairs to the unit, we had 4 people over 70 years of age, one on oxygen & scooter. This was not an acceptable place to stay. The roll-out couch was dirty & full of crumbs and the coffee table.

Nothing to complain. Overall stay was GREAT.

The host was very nice. We checked smoothly, Giving us accurate direction to the place. The place was in perfect location if you're visiting radium hot spring. Few minutes drive to inveremere too. The location is quite and not crowded. The host checked on us by sending message how are we and if we need anything. Very accommodating. My 2 kids love the place. My family enjoyed staying here, like they are looking forward going back.

Terrible- don’t miss the photos. It was an absolute nightmare. Before arrival I was informed that some things weren’t “locked up”. Upon arrival, we were greeted by nasty odours, dog food on the floor and the apartment a complete mess. This is a real story and if these people truly cared for the comfort of their tenants, they would ensure that or make up for error. The urine and blood stained sheets, makeup on pillows and towels and just the worst rental experience ever. Refunded 1/3 when didn’t even stay at the property. No one even answered my calls in the evening or was available until I power called all morning. Avoid and don’t be deceived. I rarely leave testimonials but I’m trying to save anyone from this if I can.

it is very high to climb the stairs to the second floor (I have a disability), there are no prescribed exact parking spaces, the first floor is marked with parking, the second floor - park anywhere and wherever you want, people from the first floor asked us to remove the car from their place, I have a disability and we had to park anywhere, it felt as if you're second-rate.

I liked the kitchen, absolutely had all the accessories, it was convenient that there was washing and drying machines

Be aware of flights of stairs needed to get to the apartment (not a problem for us). A bit tight for our family of six, but manageable.

Great location, just outside of Radium Hot Springs, which seems like a nice little mountain town. Having laundry facilities was helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and convenient. Owners were helpful in letting us know about an emergency water shutdown in the area.
