Our stay was great. These are just a few recommendations that would make the stay even better. Some complementary basics for guests would be nice to have in place. Such as 2-3 coffee pods for the Nespresso machine, some sugar sachets, two or three milk pods and perhaps a single laundry pod. Just to tie things over for the guests before they find local shops to buy their coffee or sundries. It’s not a big investment and makes a big difference in the guests experience. The Barbecue could use a good cleaning and the metal brush with bristles that come off need to be replaced by a new and safe natural bristle brush. The TV/cable channels were not accessible - better instructions on how to access would be helpful especially when staying-in on rainy evenings. A board game or two could be fun too just to add that extra touch. Other than that it was a great stay and we’d be back.

Clean, modern accommodation, equipped with amenities and necessary kitchenware, quiet and easily accessible with access to a local lake and pool/activities. This made it easy to enjoy down time on site without having to plan and venture too far on days where driving and planning feels like a hassle.

Impeccably clean chalet surrounded by wildlife and woods. Book via their website to have detailed descriptions and pictures for each one. Chalet Boreal was everything you would hope for. Well equipped, modern kitchen, wonderfully renovated, huge bathrooms. Deer and a groundhog right at the doorstep. Responsive and overwhelmingly friendly owners (switched off the Hot Tub, which was a bit noisy). Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

There was a common-area pool and tennis courts and some of the patrons did not respect the 1 hour limit for a match of tennis.

The location was great-our 5-bedroom chalet was only a couple of hours from Montreal, close to a nearby lake with lots of water activities (swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding) and in the heart of nature with many hiking trails. We even saw a deer close to our property!

I have rented several homes in the past 20+ years but clearly this Chalet at Lac Superior is one of the most satisfying if not the most satisfying of all. Of course the off-season discount price helped, but clearly I can imagine myself living in this house for long term. 4 bedroom, plus an additional living/bed Room could easily accommodate 8 or even 10 people. 3,5 bathrooms made are stay extremely comfortable. The design is carefully selected and matched perfectly of what you imagined from a chalet close to one of the best ski resorts in East Canada. We have enjoyed the quite neighborhood, the animals that randomly appeared in front of our windows, the hot tubs after an exhausting ski day, the sunsets and the view of the top of the Mont TremblNt ski region. North slopes are a beautiful 12 minutes drive the Chalet. Thank You for all.

On the 2nd floor mattresses in kids' bedroom were super noisy and had no shape, kids were sleeping like in a hole and every turn on that bed could be heard everywhere in the house, The same in the basement, all the mattresses there were shapeless and noisy, some weird noise was coming out there that did not allow our friends to sleep well

The place is nice and well-equipped, you can find everything you need there. Kitchen was loaded with utensils, plates and "tools", Even Instant Pot is there :) Master bedroom mattress is nice and comfy

Everything was superb

Our stay we absolutely wonderful! The chalet was beautiful, extremely well equipped, spacious, clean, luxurious and completely met/exceeded our expectations. Tiffany was welcoming and communicated clearly and efficiently. National park was 15 minutes drive away, we got private beach access with kayaks to use for free, loved the swimming pool, enjoyed all the perks of staying at this fantastic place
