Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaThe shower and bathroom is a problem. Limited hours, not very clean, long line up. Not very kids friendly A bit expensive
Great location, a beautiful lake close to the tents Ful set of things for barbecue and cooking Amazing sky at night Comfortable and clean beds Friendly staff You can unload your things from your car to the tent

CanadaEverything was good!
The bed was very comfortable and the place had such cute special touches (a fire made for us, lawn games, coffee in the morning and free cocktail. Bathrooms were very clean for glamping and had nice options for showers. Great way to meet people and camp under the stars with the comfort of having a convenient and comfy place to stay.

United StatesNot negatives as such, just things to keep in mind: There's a pretty long way to walk from the tents to the toilets. And in summertime, the tents get bright and hot in the morning, which means you won't want to have a slow, lazy start to the day.
Very comfy bed, tents are nicely cleaned and maintained. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

CanadaThe porto-potties could have been cleaner. Would have also liked to see a fire pit at each yurt.
The staff was extremely welcoming and pleasant to deal with. The calmness and quietness of the location was a nice break from the norm. The Yurts were extremely roomie as well. The shower room was extremely clean.

GermanyThere is really a need for extra bathrooms like on normal camping grounds.
It was really a unique and different experience, kind of like camping, but more comfortable, the bed was really comfy, and since we don't have our own camping gear it was great. There was quite some rain in the evening and night but it didn't bother us, even with rain it is okay to spend dinner time in the common tent. We enjoyed the surroundings as well, the lake to swim and we did short hikes around the domaine.

GermanyA wonderful getaway underneath the stars in a quiet meadow. The yurt was comfortable with all the comforts of home. I especially loved gazing into the fire in a comfy Adirondack chair with a cup of cocoa listening to the forest animals. Staff were gracious hosts and made sure all of the needs of the guests were taken care of. A must experience for the Laurentians.

United KingdomMy bad - I forgot to use bug repellent and got savaged by gnats.
A great glamping experience - It’s run like a hotel but the rooms are tents with comfy beds. Entertainment is provided around a camp fire each evening along with marsh mallows!

CanadaHow many hotels or campground give you complementary (and unfortunately not effective) earplugs when you check in? Do you know why they do it at Uniq? Because the so called “immersion in nature” is located 300m from an outdoor wedding venue that blasts music until midnight+ and kids playing within 30m of your tents at 7 am (thank you parents). This place is truly overpriced for what it is even if bed and tent are comfortable as a camping arrangement. The rest of the facilities are very basic. This is camping experience at premium hotel price ($180+ all in) not the reverse. Make sure to avoid weekends and/or to ask if there is a wedding planned at the nearby Domaine. I was told by the nice lady managing their info centre that there are “lots of them”. We surely won’t go back there.

CanadaThey created an environment that is comfortable, within nature, with the sense of freedom from a camping experience but with comfort. The big tent is a genius idea because when you go there for your meals, there are other people and it gives you a sense of community. The tent was adorable, with little touches that make it like home and the bed was very comfortable. This has been a really enjoyable experience without the discomfort of classical camping. The hosts are incredibly friendly and attentive.

United StatesThis is NOT glamping, NOT a 'hotel' & not for anyone expecting modern conveniences. It consists of several room-size tents scattered across a field, without electricity or internet, w/ Port-o-lets instead of working restrooms, no running water except at a considerable distance (100 meters) from most tents. Two showers for ALL the guests; one is not available after hours. NOT a good value; this is a glorified camping in an open field, lacking even basic amenities you would expect in a provincial park or most private campgrounds, much less in an actual motel.
Attractive location, staff was accommodating, large common area under a big tent w/ primitive cooking facilities & lights/wifi. Tents were nice w/ comfy beds.

CanadaThe facilities were a little far but it is understandable considering it is still a camp ground.
Very private and quiet despite the residents, the property was well maintained and spacious.

United StatesThis is not a hotel but a set of tents on an open field with very poor accessibility. We are a group of 4 seniors (all aged 63+), and the toilets were located over 150–200 meters away, making it very difficult for us, especially at night. The mosquito infestation was overwhelming and made it impossible to stay outside. We explained our situation to the owner and asked for a refund since we left immediately and did not use the place, but she refused. We even asked for a refund for the second night only, but received no response. We believe the listing did not provide enough information about the nature of the site. We stayed several times before at glamping sites, none of them looked bad as this one, definitely not worth the price this site charged. We respectfully requested resolving this and obtaining a refund for at least one night. Unfortunately, the owner did not show any empathy regarding our issue.
