**Check in… paid months in advance, given suite on a higher floor than what was told (previous day), We were given “credit” towards charges on required credit card… Staff very hard to understand. Property run by we assumed middle easterners. **Check out , first of three printouts needing my signature was for the entire balance as if nothing was paid, second printout over $500 more than expected, third print out I signed but not given a copy. ** Plus night 3 on, family in suite above us had at least 3 children constantly running back and forth (laminate flooring) so this was extremely loud and obnoxious for 40+ minutes at a time! Ugh! Waaay too many kids running around by hot tubs, pool etc for our taste. This is not a destination for a couples getaway/relaxation. Only designated smoking area directly in front of main resort entrance, seemed odd impression of the property. Plus, outside grounds in front of and by parking garage were in need of weed pulling and mowing of grass.

Suite was as pictured, very comfortable although furnishings were well worn. Washer/dryer was appreciated and full kitchen stocked with needed utensils/cookware! Daily housekeeping for inside room only unless otherwise specified. Balcony wasn’t cleaned/swept as expected, and toiletries (single soap), shampoos not restocked during stay. Was fine for us, but if a family was in that room for 4-5 days…. Restaurant service/food great, although bar service basically non existent.

My kids were told no inflatable balls in the pool, which I guess I can understand, but then two kids just floating on small floaties were told they couldn’t use them. They had been in there all day and none of us had any issues with them having them…with so many families onsite maybe the rules could be a little more relaxed in that sense

We really enjoyed the beautiful location right by the lake – waking up to such views was amazing. The pool area with comfortable loungers and umbrellas was perfect for relaxing. The rooms were clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.

There aren't enough lawn chairs for the beach or the pool, and we struggled every day to find a chair. And ended up on the sand or the ground multiple times. The website says balcony, but there is no balcony, in the studio with a mountain view. Housekeeping isn't what you expect, so we had to ask someone to come in and clean our floors and bathroom after it was already "cleaned".

The room is very beautiful, big, and well-equipped for a full week of cooking. The pool is heated and comfortable. We had a wonderful experience with the staff. Love the calm lake water. Free parking, easy stairs, or elevator use.

My only criticism is the person who is responsible for ordering the beer. As a beer drinker who frequents this type of resort I have never been to one when not only was there no draught beer when I arrived , when it did arrive it ran out again after 2 days. Talking to people who have stayed here recently they share my concern. This simply is not good enough for a result of this calibre. Also the cans of beer were not representative of local brewing talent. Please try to do better as I loved the resort and would like to visit again.

Great staff . Henry our waiter on several occasions was fantastic. We ate in the restaurant several times ,service great ,food reasonably good. For this level of property could maybe a bit more sophisticated in the evening. Room was good and bed comfortable. Check in friendly and efficient,nothing too much trouble. Parking garage very convenient.

the hot tub was crowded as one of them as under construction the whole time, but I'm sure that will be fixed soon. The pillows are too soft and thin, but that just personal preference.

Love the lake/beach access the hotel has, great for paddleboarding. Very quiet at night as it's far from any main road. Thomas, from the front desk, went out and got milk for us late at night as they were out! Great customer service!

The inability to take your own drinks (alcoholic) and food to the pool, deck areas and beach was surprising. Their on site restuarant and its permits do not allow this and is a big 'miss'. When we were there we only saw at mose 3 sets of people in the restuarant and they should get an amended permit to allow your own food and drinks and not have to buy from the restaurant.

While our room was large, comfortable, and well appointed, it looked a bit tired in places and needed a refresh in the bathroom. We also dealt with a considerable amount of noise the first night from the family above us.

This property has a beautiful lakefront location, beach, and pool. The pool area caters to a more adult crowd, and was pretty quiet during the day. They offer drinks and snacks poolside from the restaurant, and both were quite good!
