The washer/dryer combination was complicated and had no instructions which made it hard to know how to dry the clothes. Never used one like this before. Took forever on high heat to barely dry them. Finally just hung the clothes all up in the closet to dry. Also fire alarm went off in the evening & had to evacuate the building for 30 minutes. False alarm.

Location in the village was really good. A pharmacy right outside the door. Grocery store in the village was good also. Was hot while there and they had a portable AC for the living area. A small fan for the bedroom. A box fan was there but it was broken.

The loft was a bit outdated. Would need new curtains and the bathroom remodelled.

I didn't actually stay at Whistler Village Centre by LaTour. The front door was broken in my room, so they found accommodation at the nearby Twin Peaks hotel. A little bit further away, but easy walk to the Whistler main village area and a great place to stay anyway. Staff were very helpful.

Awesome location for a stay in Whistler
    • Leisure trip
    • Couple
    • Deluxe Queen Studio
    • Stayed 2 nights

It would have been good to know that the main bed was a Murphy bed. The comfort of this was a bit questionable and certainly wasn’t the size of a standard queen bed that we were expecting. Luckily the sofa bed had sheets on it so we could use that as well. Saying all this we would still stay there again, just should be aware.

Location was amazing. The added benefit of having parking included was also good. It was a bit tricky to find the parking however there were detailed written instructions which worked well.

bug bites .. we stayed 2 nights and didnt go anywhere else as we were visiting my son who works in whistler

My son and I enjoyed our stay and believe everything was adequate. The accommodations had all we needed. I do believe we may have had some type of bugs as I woke with 4 bites on my body. You may want to take a look into that

No complaints here! It's nothing fancy, so if you are looking for all the amenities and staff, this is not the option for you. If you want a basic spot that is functional and quiet and you can do your own thing, this is a perfect option.

Great location , close walk to the ski lifts. There is no La Tour staff, but an email was sent prior to arrival with how to access the room. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and we found the access and key cards without issue. There is staff at the Whistler Peak Lodge that can help with ski and luggage storage, which was really helpful. Our key cards also allowed hot tub access. Loved having a full kitchen to cook meals- much more affordable than eating out every day! Our room had a Murphy bed and a pull out couch. Also a gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub and patio. Overall, great option for Whistler! Would stay here again.

The hot tub was not working.

Great location, value, and apartment size. There was a washer/dryer and full kitchen. The directions for check in and parking were simple and effective. Parking was included and normally costs a great deal extra in Whistler so this was a big plus! I would stay here again.

During our stay, we experienced a power outage on the last day. Although we later saw information posted in the Whistler Peak Lodge lobby indicating that it was scheduled maintenance, we were not informed about it beforehand. Additionally, the hose for the air conditioning unit was poorly attached with duct tape, causing it to detach from the window outlet on the third night of our stay. To top it all off, we were asked to take out the trash ourselves without any prior notice that we were responsible for cleaning the place. Overall, the service was disappointing, and we will most likely not return to this location. Thank you.

    Great location and facilities.

Our Whistler Village Center studio was perfect for our stay in Whistler! The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Great location- so close to the lifts and right in the center of the village. Our room had a deck looking out to the mountains! The front desk was helpful and so kind too!❤️

Some of the blinds in the unit were broken. Which allowed the morning sunlight into the unit while I tried to sleep. The bed was a Murphy bed. It was somewhat comfortable.
