Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe kitchenette, while basically funtional, was a little small and under-equipped.
The hotel and rooms are modern and clean. We had a king suite, so the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of downtown and the rivers. There's not a lot within walking distance, but you can get anywhere in the city by car in 5 minutes.

CanadaThe only portion of the stay that was not positive was the tv. It was a surprise and disappointment that there was only basic cable, no guide available, majority of channels were french and/or repeating sports channels, no opportunity for casting from our devices. We saw an HDMI connection option, but weren't aware of it beforehand to bring the necessary cords. This was truly our only negative of the whole stay.
Clean, comfortable, efficient room, tasteful decor. Clean, unique bathroom - great shower! Appreciate Dove toiletry products - seemed above the usual generic hotel brands Comfortable beds and pillows Great pool room, pool and hot tub great temperature, clear water, salt not chemical a plus, clean, modern design, warm shower, small but very enjoyable. Exceptional amount of options for breakfast, decent taste, good seating options

CanadaAlthough the pool was warm it was very small, we had 2 or 3 families in the pool and no one could really move or swim without bumping into each other. Breakfast was empty and not a good selection, however it was free. Power went out in our room one night, called down and they explain how to reset it, the next night the whole hotel power went out and came back on within 30min, thought that was strange.
Staff were friendly, room was clean, location was great and easy to get to, pool was warm, free breakfast.
