The hotel and rooms are modern and clean. We had a king suite, so the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of downtown and the rivers. There's not a lot within walking distance, but you can get anywhere in the city by car in 5 minutes.

The kitchenette, while basically funtional, was a little small and under-equipped.

Carpet was stained when we moved in. Pet friendly room.

Breakfast included a good selection of eggs, bacon, toast, muffins, etc. The rooms have been spacious and clean. The bathroom was modern with a shower.

I appreciated the below ground parking and the accommodating staff.

The AC unit was very loud and not great. The cleanliness was to be desired, I found a several long dark hairs in the bedding (I have short blonde hair) and an old French fry in the vent of the AC unit.

Spacious room. Guest laundry was really useful! Good to have gym although a/c didn’t seem to be working.

Sliding door into bathroom not a good fit so not much privacy. Breakfast was rather sparse.

Spa and pool was nice after a long drive

Kiddos enjoyed the breaky. My mom loved the beds and cleanliness. The staff were great and informative when I inquired about what was nearby. Great location and will book again.

Clean, comfortable, efficient room, tasteful decor. Clean, unique bathroom - great shower! Exceptional amount of options for breakfast, decent taste, good seating options

The only portion of the stay that was not positive was the tv. It was a surprise and disappointment that there was only basic cable, no guide available, majority of channels were french and/or repeating sports channels, no opportunity for casting from our devices. We saw an HDMI connection option, but weren't aware of it beforehand to bring the necessary cords. This was truly our only negative of the whole stay.

The bed, pillows and bedding were very comfortable . There were a lot of wall outlets for all your charging needs. A car plug in the underground parking. The free breakfast has a good variety of food choices. We love the waffles.

The upper part of our door, coffe maker were dusty.

That they were able to accommodate for my pet chinchilla. The air conditioner.

Air conditioner was a bit noisy during the night. The nearby doors making loud slamming sounds during the early morning from people leaving and the doors not being soft close.
