Some dust was present. There is a bit of a language barrier in person, but that's not the fault of owner. Excellent stay!

Homeowner was very accommodating and responsive to messages! Room felt comfortable and safe. Clear instructions are provided on back of door on how to use fan and television.

There was a lot of dust and the bathroom was OK but below my expectations in terms of cleaning. Hygiene must be improved.

Easy check-in. The bed was comfortable and the room was bright.

I like that the room is beside the main door of the house. When you enter the room, it is very tidy/ neat / clean. All you need it there. Free coffee sachets etc. fridge. Huge tv mount, closet and very nice and clean bathroom. I would go back here if i need a temporary place to stay. Quiet as well and non smoking. Thank you host ;)

The shower in the bathroom is a bit too narrow. I had to leave the door open to be comfortable and avoid hitting my elbows on the glass walls. This only because the shower head was so large and directly flat overhead if the whole shower that it was difficult to find a place in the shower to stand for a moment without water coming directly down onto your head. There was a sensor light that wasn't particularly bright, and was also placed in such a spot that it would turn off after 2 minutes unless you were standing directly in front of the mirror. The bathroom door was also made of glass panels, which would not be ideal if you were sharing a room you weren't very comfortable with. However it is situated away from direct view. Very minor inconveniences that would not deter me from booking again.

The room was very clean and easy to get to. Great communication leading up to our stay. Comfortable bed. Great price.

Bottled water would be appreciated as well as a stirrer or teaspoon for the coffee.

Walmart, the town center and downtown Toronto were conveniently nearby.

We love the very comfortable bed. Also, the home and neighborhood was extremely peaceful and quiet. We slept so well.

It was listed that the kitchen could be used but we had to cook upstairs on the hotplate stove.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure.

We booked for FOUR people in TWO bedrooms. We got caught in a snowstorm and got there at 5am instead of 1am. We were exhausted. When we got to the location, there was only one tiny bedroom! The proprietor was roused out of bed (in the same house) finally and said we must be mistaken because she didn't have two bedrooms. Also, the kitchen was not clean at all. We had to leave and search around for a hotel at 5:30 am. It was a terrible experience. I don't know if the mistake was made by the app or the proprietor, but it taught me a bitter lesson not to use these third party apps again. From now on, I'm going to go back to staying at hotels and reserving directly with the hotel. The only silver lining was that Booking.com refunded my money after I explained the issue. It took a long wait on the phone, but the representative was very professional and within two days I got a response about the refund. Kudos to their customer service.

Room was dirty with dust in the room as well as with hair in the bathroom. It felt very bad sleeping in the room as strange noise could be heard outside. The general vibe of the room wasn't good.
