One of the strangest houses I have ever seen. Clearly very recently purpose-built to be an "AirBnB Facility" - no other words to describe it - ten bedrooms with key-coded locks, no living room or common areas except for a kitchen, everything pure white, all light switches neatly labelled, not a single decorative item or splash of colour. Loud traffic from Finch Ave. outside the door. Welcome to Black Mirror I guess. Not really complaining as I had a comfortable night and the price was right, just... weird what the world has become.

Comfortable bed and pillows, large room, new facilities, good wifi, convenient location near the 401. Easy check-in process and good communication from hosts.

The other guests always left washroom dirty and floor wet. Clothes were left in washer and machine looked very dirty. Aside from that the place is good.

This listing is misleading and overpriced at $736 for 5 nights. You're essentially staying in a hostel where you share one bathroom with six other rooms on the main floor with no other common areas, but this isn't clearly stated upfront, in my opinion. The place feels like a halfway house – everything from the appliances to the cutlery is obviously second-hand and cheap. It doesn't feel welcoming, as you are basically harassed with posters at every turn; "Don't ring the doorbell", "No junk mail", "Please remove your shoes", "House rules", and "Book cheaper at 20% with us" – on every door/surface – there's signage telling you what you should or shouldn't do. The location is also misrepresented. It's actually an 18-minute walk to the subway and 20 minutes to the nearest supermarket, which isn't what you'd expect from the listing description. Most importantly, my room had bedbugs, which is completely unacceptable. On the positive side, there was working WiFi, clean-ish sheets and towels, and reliable electricity. But honestly, for $736 for 5 nights, you should expect much more than just the barest minimum. I literally had to find a co-working space to work my remote job from during my stay The lack of transparency about what you're actually getting makes this a poor choice, especially at this price point. P.S. The host is unreachable; anytime you try to call the number, you get an automatic message to send an email. Please note.

This place is essentially a family-run Airbnb disaster with no on-site property manager, so all communication was only via texting on Booking.com. The check-in process was a nightmare – the property manager aggressively asked me to email a scan of my government ID to their personal Gmail. I refused and insisted on using the Booking platform. But the horror doesn't end there. On my third night, another guest got locked out at 1 am (because her bedroom door lock suddenly stopped working and she didn't have her phone) and knocked on my door to ask me to contact the property manager (again, because no one was on-site managing this place). This poor girl had to wait until 4 am in the freezing living room for the absent property manager to show up. After I checked out, this property conveniently canceled my Booking reservation record to stop me from leaving a bad review. I had to contact Booking's customer service to have this honest review published. You can see from the screenshot below, this property has been attempting to prevent people from writing honest comments by asking them to raise any concerns privately. There is good reason to believe that their current rating has been manipulated, and only positive reviews are being published. To top it off, the property also messed with my credit info stored on Booking and triple charged on my credit card. I had to contact my bank to reverse their illegal charges. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST unless you enjoy being locked out and freezing in a living room until 4 am or having your credit card information compromised!

The hidden fees because I didn't realize it until after. I thought it was too good to be true although it still ended up being a decent prize I thought I was getting much more of a deal when I first booked it . It wasn't til after that I seen the cleaning fee and such. My husband and I always clean up after ourselves so the cleaning fee was a bit much considering this but I don't want to complain because it was very enjoyable for an affordable price

The biggest problem were the other guest. Some of them didn’t stick to the rules, where extremely loud during the night, blocked the bathroom for 3 hours (that was extrem rude because there was no other toilet) and they were just not nice.

Quite cheap, and the room was comfortable. Actually the apartment was really good. The main problem was something different.

Communicating with the administration was easy and quick. They were very nice and upgraded our room which was very enjoyable. The kitchen was very useful with a lots of storage, cutleries and plates. common spaces and the room were clean as well
