We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaDesk didn't have my reservation on check in. Even though i received confirmation of my reservation on the Booking app. Was able to book me at the desk anyway. Told me to cancel my reservation through Booking app for some reason afterwards. Seemed fishy though. So I declined. Room was very dirty, bed needs to be sent to the tip. Super squeaky and mattress sunk in the middle. Very unimpressed for what wasn't a cheap price for a motel. Peak summer though, can charge whatever they'd like. 🤷♀️

CanadaThe place was filthy, disgusting, and totally misrepresented. I paid $180 for a room that looked and felt like a dumpster. The mattress was torn and dirty, the furniture was old and gross, and the receptionist was constantly hiding in the back room instead of helping guests. The next morning, nobody was available — every staff member just shrugged and said, “I just work here.” This is not a motel — it’s a scam.
Absolutely nothing. It was a complete waste of money.

CanadaThis hotel used to have a "rag" you could use for dirty jobs (if you spill something or to wipe up a table after eating) I hate using the really clean white cloths for these kinds of things. The "rag" was a clean white cloth that just wasn't sparkling white anymore.
The complementary hot breakfast was very nice, good selection. I liked that there were USB ports available to charge my phone, as I'd forgotten to bring mine.
