    “The view out or my window was wonderful. The room is large and the bathroom is beautiful. Breakfast was good. Facilities are top notch. You can book a sauna for 8 CH Pool is nice but was always full of kids so I didn’t use it. Location is perfect.”

    “This was a charming old hotel in a traditional Swiss chalet style wooden building. Our room was at the front, with a small, shared balcony and stunning mountain views, and we were treated to a spectacular sunset right in front of us. There was an indoor swimming pool which was great after a hot day of travelling, with loungers inside and out to chill-out on. The Receptionist was very welcoming and gave us lots of information and a voucher for small discounts in shops and the cable cars in Kandersteg. We left our luggage in the reception after we checked out to do more exploring. The breakfast was good, including everything you would expect from a Swiss continental breakfast. The room had a coffee pod machine but not a kettle. The hotel was quiet, so we slept well. Stunning area.”

    “Lovely location for the hike we wanted to go on- we had an upgrade to a room with a whirlpool bath which was such a nice surprise and really made the stay feel extra special. Spacious room with a sofa, fridge and balcony with amazing views. Beds were big and very comfortable, we also had robes in the wardrobe to use. A young man called Baptiste went above and beyond for all of our requests and even delivered room service after we returned late from a hike!”

    “The rooms were cosy and had all we needed. We had a family room with a nice balcony looking out to the mountains. Breakfast was fantastic with freshly baked bread and a great range of options. The host was kind enough to let us eat early on our last day as we had an early train to catch!”

    “The location of this property is perfect! We used it as a base to hike throughout the region. There is parking on site which was very helpful. The home was incredibly comfortable, it had everything in it to make a perfect stay. We cooked meals without any problem. Angela was very kind, generous and helpful, she made the whole process smooth, and arranged discount passes for the area for us. We would definitely recommend staying here.”

    “They didn’t give us the room I had booked on arrival, this took some time to sort out, with complaints that it happened because I’d booked with Booking.com whom they hotel didn’t like very much! The dinners were good & the breakfast ok but the same thing everyday.”
