“I chose this hotel because it was close to the location of my appointment. Check-in was very easy and straightforward, with little communication. I had prepaid for the room but still had to pay the city tax upon arrival.
To my surprise, I received a free upgrade. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely terrace. I also appreciated that the room had a fan (no AC), which was very helpful since it was still quite warm in Switzerland at the time.
The room was quiet, and I didn’t hear any noise from other guests. Check-out was just as easy as check-in—I simply returned the key and left.
I didn’t try the breakfast because, in my opinion, it was too expensive. On the positive side, there are several free parking spots around the hotel, which was very convenient.”
