“Beautiful twin room with washbasin in main building. felt like a guest in a country house not in a hostel. Clean bathrooms. Spacious seating area with lovely outside balcony seating to relax and enjoy the peace. Had a free swim in the outdoor pool reached after a short walk through the palm gardens and past the small vineyard. Luxury with a poolside bar and attendant. Excellent location within easy walking distance to the station and town centre. Plenty of free parking on site. Friendly staff.”

“A very nice family room set-up: 2 adjoining double rooms with a door in-between open. Perfect if you have teenagers. 2 pools: open and indoor. Stable wifi. Gorgeous breakfast!”

“The team is extremely nice. I came here for a proposal and they help me organizing the photoshoot, they give great advices for visiting and good deals. Priceless! The hotel is clean, well located in Paradiso (which I think is better than center of Lugano), completed with a restaurant, and with a very nice view on the lake. We couldn't use the swimming pool but knowing it's usable, this makes it having a great quality/price value.”
