“It was in a great location:) but rooms were very tiny and crowded:( hardly good walk around with 2 kids dog and two of us with all of our baggage’s for 2 weeks :( wish cleaner changed our bed sheet everyday or alternatively but she only changed once :( went downstairs for drink in pub downstairs but the lady from that bar was very rude she literally gave us a side eye :( very rude girl she was”
“Great location. Housekeeping was excellent. They changed Towels and cleaned rooms every day even though we stayed for 3 nights. Common kitchen with all practical items for cooking was a blessing, especially on tight schedule and travelling with kids/family. Housekeeper was friendly. Instructions to check-in and check out was very clear. Recommended this place to stay. Has lots of eateries nearby and a bar on ground floor. Washrooms are clean. 10 to 15 minutes walking from Interlaken west station with kids. Kitchen has cutlery, fridge, cooking range, microwave, coffeemaker, horwater kettle, table n chairs, spices and basic ingredients for quick food/cooking.”
