Before we booked we didn’t realise it would cost us like £10 each each, way travelling between Bern and the train stop, something to consider if you’re travelling back and forth a lot, In the room we also had pictures on the walls of the facilities such as a kitchen, hob, kettle, fridge etc, but we could not find this on the facility and the owners were not replying. The blankets were also quite thin and it was a bit chilly so we had to layer a bit.

We had a private bathroom and both were clean and tidy, Check in was easy. It is like a 3 minute walk to the station that is only a 15 minute train ride to Bern central

The electrical sockets are only for small plugs, there was an extension cable available which had a big plug so basically it was useless. The hairdryer in the room was also with a big plug, so also not possible to use..

Convenient location next to a train station that takes you to Bern in 12-15 min. Good for a short stay. Handy that there's a self check-in machine. Also earplugs provided for the noise from the street and the train.

We arrived a little early. We couldn't get in. Tried ringing the owner with no success. A kind garage man next door helped us by ringing him. We did get in via computer checkin. Inside was fine

Soul-less, no people working. Arrive after a long day, new tech machine to use/work out when tired. No human interaction to answer any questions or issues although all worked ok. No facility for making a hot drink, especially in the morning. Despite all working out fine, it feels like we're all becoming robots and paying more for doing the work ourselves. But that's just a personal thing, some might prefer the absence of human contact.

Next to train station. Cheaper than staying in Bern. Comfortable bed, good sized bathroom.

No coffee making facilities. Not a dislike but the bathroom arrangement was a tad strange.

Good location, next to the railway station. Check in process was well described. Clean and comfortable.

I’ve just stayed at the worst hotel of my life — and unbelievably, it was in Switzerland. The room was never cleaned, the bed sheets reeked of cigarette smoke, and the towels were literally black. For the price I paid, this is beyond unacceptable. Absolutely shocking experience.

This place was filthy. Had urine stains on the quilt. Ignorant man on the other end of the phone. Room was roasting. No ac or fan. I could not sleep and had to get up and continue on my travels at 4 am. Wouldn't recommend a dog staying there. Also way over priced.
