Warmth and personality are very important to us. We are a small, family-run hotel. It's a shame that, despite our good ratings (staff, location, comfort), you only gave us 4 points overall. You booked a room with a shared shower. This room has a toilet and washbasin in the room. This is clearly stated in the description and title on Booking.
