Worm welcome from Elena late evening arrive and she was there day and night helpful there was Lido supermarket near but location was far about 30-40 Min to Zurich , soft drinks machine and snacks in lounge

The breakfast variety was very limited and if became worse day by day during the stay. If something was finished it could take long until available again. Breakfast on paper is until 10:30 but 10 min earlier they start taking the food back to the kitchen. Hovering the apartment was done just the third day. We asked several times at the reception, somebody said it is not supposed to be done every day, someone said it should have been done every day. Anyway, more than tiding beds I thing that it is something more important to be done.

The apartment was nice, modern, spacious and well organised. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The air conditioner woked well.

Omg the foosball table. It needs to go. There is a foosball table in the B building right in front of the rooms. Imagine trying to go to sleep to the sounds of a foosball tournament from a crowd of excited kids who sat on a tour bus all day and are now full of energy.

The hotel isn't for everyone. If you want to sightsee, it's not convenient. But if you just need a place overnight, or you need a base for a few days in the region, it's great. It's well designed, clean and modern. It has easy parking and nice spaces to chill.

One particular receptionist, was less than helpful, who would sit behind a door at reception, stuffing her face rather than deal with waiting customers. Three things that should not be unattended, The Bar, Reception and a Restaurant area. I left a day earlier than my booked duration because: The TV would turn on in the middle of the night, (remote under the tv on the desk) and the smell of Cigarette smoke in the room, possibly from the Air Conditioning. I didn't sleep well due to these reasons, so left early as stated. I would return, but not to room 120.

Location was great for my visit. Not the easiest to find but worth it. Good underground parking with easy access to reception via a lift. Straight forward room access via a code into a clean room. The Men who covered reception were very helpful, knowledgeable and would go an extra mile to provide information to assist.

Too loud noise from the road. The building was overheated - although we turned off heating it was not possible to breath. Staff at the reception was not very friendly

The bed was very hard and the noise level were really high, it made watching a movie or sleeping impossible. But the staff responded fast and gave us a better room to fullfil our stay successful.

The room was warm and clean, the breakfast was nice and the staff was cooperative, fast and friendly. The price was fair.

The fact that you need to fill in so much information in advance to your stay, while at the end you still need to hand over your passport for a copy. Just cannot comprehend.. The location is not good, in the middle of an industrial area.

The pillows in the rooms are too low, I forgot to ask for a second one, I mentioned before we stayed there 2 times. The first time the room temperature was too high, but the reception fixed it quick. The second time, the breakfast was Ok, but the first day was great. I understand that hotel was busy and the employees tried to do their best because they were understaff to handle such big wave of people at the sime time, but even with those small things I do recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel two times. The first time 22-23 Dec and the second time 2nd-3rd Jan. The first time everything was fine and the breakfast was really good. The hotel is beautiful, looks new and everything was good. The second time the room temperature was too high, but they left a fan ventilator and with that we had a good night. The second room was the sound isolation was very good compared to the first. In general, I do recommend this hotel.

Road noise. If you want to have breakfast book it with the room. Otherwise breakfast is more expensive when you pay at the hotel.

I'm not sure the door without a key is the best. It took me sometimes every time to open the door.

The place is modern and very comfortable. I booked the studio type room which had a kitchenette, how wonderful. The toilet is like wise clean and there was also a table where I can work.
