Reviews of Hotel ZERMAMA Zermatt 4 stars

Lovely stay in Zermama! The hotel and the rooms are so chic. We loved the decor. The balcony was a huge plus, we loved sitting outside and listening to the river nearby. The location was perfect, less than 7 minute walk to the train station and the grocery store. We felt very centrally located without it being noisy. Front desk was very accommodating and answered all of our questions.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel is located rather close to the train station, about 6 minutes walk. It is modern and very clean. The bed was really comfortable. We had a room with a nice balcony overlooking the river.

There was no option to have breakfast included in the price, and breakfast does not seem to be a big deal here, as there was nobody around except for us. We had a room overlooking the river, and I must say, it would not be possible to sleep with a window open because of the noise from the river. We also found no interface in the room to regulate room temperature. The air conditioning seems to be running, but we could not regulate the setting. On that day it was 30 C so the warm duvets on the bed were not very suitable for the season.

Everything, friendly staff, great food, location and very modern aesthetic. Comfortable bed and lovely room. Expensive but Zermatt is expensive. Overall I would definitely return.

Great place if you want to see Zermatt during the Swiss day, yet still in a quieter area, where sounds of celebration do not disturb your rest.

In the center Balcony

One receptionist talks too much, the other ones do not say hello. No table to work in the room.

Thoughtful touches like tea and coffee in the room along with slippers. Breakfast staff was great. Roberto at the front desk was always happy to provide nearby restaurant suggestions, which always delivered. For dog lovers there is Ronny who is the unofficial mascot and loves a good scratch behind the ears <3.

Sometimes there were smokers right below our balcony. We just closed the door and it solved the issue.

Arrived by train . Walking distance from the station . Lovely terrace with view of Matterhorn. Staff were fantastic. Elizabeth at reception very helpful.

Although my single room was quite small . It had everything I needed and nicely done out . No room for a suitcase tho . No air conditioning or fan .

The staff were wonderful and very helpful, the room was clean, and the location is perfect! My only complaint is that my room was on the first floor with a window that looked directly into another hotel as well as a train with no blinds. I asked for a different room being a solo traveler and unfortunately they were booked for the night. Overall, i had a great experience and would stay here again!

Stylish hotel, convenient for the station (and they gave me a lift on the way back.) Friendly, welcoming staff. I appreciated the upgrade to a double room, which was very nice, with L'Occitane products in the bathroom. Not cheap, but I suspect it is pretty good value for Zermatt!

Nothing really, but it would have been nice if there'd been somewhere to sit on the balcony.

The location was great and the view was wonderful. The room is spacious and have all the amenities. The vibe is soo cozy and warm.

There is no A/C in the room which a bit hot in the summer.
