Very run down and shabby, very basic, very poor breakfast ie not even a toaster, unfriendly staff, work going on while we were there! Breakfast was so bad we didn’t even bother with it the second morning even though we had paid for it !

Our room was worn down and in no good condition compared to the price. We found the system to get to the room in the lower building very irritating. The kitchen in our room was not equipped at all.

The staff was very nice, especially at the breakfast. The variety was great. We also appreciated the garage, as it was raining while we visited.

We stayed at this hotel for one night during the Niesen stair race and were extremely disappointed, especially given the steep price of CHF 350 for a night in a family room in a supposed four-star hotel. Despite breakfast being included, we had to leave early for the race and were told nothing could be prepared in advance (no to-go bags, no flexibility, nothing). The staff was surprisingly unfriendly and blamed us for not asking earlier, even though it seemed obvious that many guests would be participating in this major local event. You’d expect a bit of preparation or at least understanding from a hotel in this area. When we arrived, the reception desk was empty and we had to wait around 10 minutes before anyone showed up. Parking was also confusing and difficult to find (not ideal when you’re arriving tired and just looking to check in smoothly). As for the room: it was just okay, but far from what you’d expect at this price point. The bathroom was tiny, the door was broken, and there was only one sink for five people. Also one of the shutters couldn’t be opened at all, which made the room feel kind of dark. Overall, the stay felt like a huge letdown — poor service, broken amenities, and zero flexibility. Definitely not worth the price, and certainly not what you’d expect from a four-star hotel.

Car park only has 5 underground spaces, if you check in late you have to find paid parking on the street or the open car park down the road. Oven wasn’t cleaned, when used the whole apartment was full of smoke from the residue burning at the bottom of the oven. One bedroom had no lights. The bathroom door handle fell off when door closed. Dated decor late 80s early 90s definitely needs updating throughout. Plug socket had exposed wires, very dangerous especially around children. Breakfast was good and views were amazing.

It is under renovation when I booked. It seems they are upgrading their hotel and I hope continue this continues improvement. The flooring needs some cleanning but I can tell efforts are made. Really nothing I did not like about this hotel. It was good experience.

The location is in a quiet place far from the city noises. The views are very good.

Just 20 minutes drive to Interlaken. It was like a small apartment, with sofa, mini refrigerator, dining table and one toilet downstairs and one room plus an open area with 4 twin beds and a washroom upstairs. We stayed at 6th floor with a beautiful view from both sides of the apartment. Breakfast was nice with good options both for adults and kids. Underground parking was available.

I just returned from an unforgettable vacation at a hotel in the commune of Eshi, and I can't find the words to express our delight! This hotel is a true gem of Switzerland. From the very first moments of our stay, we were struck by the incredible views of the majestic mountains surrounding us on all sides, beautiful old church and Lake Thun. Every sunrise and sunset here is a spectacle that is impossible to forget! The interiors of the hotel are beautifully designed, combining modernity and coziness. The cleanliness in the rooms is impeccable — everything was perfectly prepared for my arrival. I was pleasantly surprised that even such small details as dishwasher tablets were provided. This really shows how much they care about their guests. The breakfasts are simply magnificent! Each morning began with enjoying delicious food and a cup of aromatic coffee on the terrace. I can't help but mention the hotel staff — they are just wonderful! Always friendly, responsive, and ready to help in any situation. Their warm attitude made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you very much 🤍

I recently returned to Hotel Aeschi Park after a two-year break, having stayed there several times in the past. It has always been one of my favorite places to stay near Interlaken, and this time, I was truly impressed. The hotel has undergone major renovations and upgrades, and the improvements are remarkable. The rooms now feature modern, elegant furniture, with a clear attention to comfort and aesthetics. Everything feels fresh, clean, and beautifully designed, creating a cozy yet refined atmosphere. What made this visit even more special was the new management, who deserve sincere appreciation for their warm hospitality, excellent organization, and thoughtful service. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help.
