The least comfortable bed in the history of beds. After almost 24 hours of travel, I was gasping for a good night's sleep. Instead, I tossed and turned on a mattress that felt like it was a box spring with a sheet on it. Also, the light system was way too Becky Hi-Techy for me. Instructions, please!

Great location for frequent travelers who need quick access to the airport. There isn't much to do in the neighborhood, although there are a few shops and restaurants nearby. Brand new and spotlessly clean. Gorgeous bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked. Beautiful modern decor. Sooo quiet. I loved everything except for the most important part - the bed! Let me save you some trouble - the entrance is around the back of the building, which would have been good to know before I hauled my suitcase up the front staircase.

Everything worked out as expected - this apartment was a dream it was so beautiful and Max is a very helpful guy

I stayed at Belmont Residence in Zurich for a week in July. The check-in process was straightforward and easy. The area around the building was quiet. The apartment had soundproofed rooms, which kept things relatively peaceful inside The apartment was clean. It had basic furniture and appliances. It wasn't very warm during our stay, so the lack of air conditioning didn't matter. The kitchen had what we needed, and the bed was clean and comfortable. There was a washing machine and dryer, which was The Wi-Fi worked. Public transportation was nearby. The building also had an elevator. There was no front desk, but communication was handled digitally and responses were given when needed. The remote check in system was very reliable. Even if you don't have any data, Belmont Residences provides their own internet that you can connect to as soon as you get to the main door downstairs. When you go into the apartment, the internet has a QR code that you can scan by using the camera app on your phone The apartment is very close to Zürich Flaughafen - if you take Tram 10 and 12 you can get there within 7 minutes max. The closest stop I would recommend is Glattpark Linderplatz or Glattpark. However, if you want to go to Zürich Flaughafen walk to Glattpark Linderplatz as it's closer. If you want to go to the Central, take Tram 10 and get off at 'Central'.

What I didn’t like about the apartment was that there was no way to reach customer service, neither by email nor by phone, which was the worst part of the experience. The air conditioner in the room was not working, and the room was extremely hot due to the summer weather, with no fan available as a backup. The kitchen also had several issues: the refrigerator wasn’t working, and neither the dishwasher nor the stove was functioning. Unfortunately, I couldn’t contact the service team in any way. I truly hope they improve their customer service, both by phone and email, in the future.

The hotel was good, and its location was excellent. Right across from the apartment, there was a famous pizza restaurant( luigia ). At the end of the street, there was a supermarket and a bus station, which made everything very convenient. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It had all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a coffee set and an electric kettle.

The building is difficult to find the first time - no signage and some construction work still being done (I heard none of this noise from the apartment though.) Access to the building and apartment is through your smartphone so you need to have cellular data to get in.

Excellent little apartment near the airport and right on a tram line - easy access to town. Good communication from staff - who you will never meet. If this place is available for your stay, book it.

We went there on a hot weekend in July and the room temperature was too high, and we were unable to lower the temperature. It was uncomfortable to sleep in the room

Brand new and modern, room was a comfortable size for Zurich. Bed was also very comfortable and the kitchenette can come in useful. Location is great if you want to be close to the Hallenstadion. Easy to get to the centre as well with public transport. Parking available for a fee, which was convenient

They never answered to our messages . They didn’t put sheet in our bed. The washing machine isn’t in the room there is a laundry room in the building and isn’t ready yet. The room doesn’t have an ironing board

Initially, there was some work being undertaken that had worried me. It never got in the way. Just enjoyed my visit and stayed in a beautiful place. Certainly, I will be going back and staying for longer .

The place was everything I needed. Spacious, very clean and the items exceptional 👌. Flat iron provided just crowned 👑 👌 the stay. The restaurants were within minutes from the apartment. Transport links to Zurich amazing 👏.

The light system is awkward, we didn't get how it actually works, or it works incorrectly. Would be great to have some instructions on how to use it. No air conditioner.

The apartment is very modern and feels new. There's a small kitchen and a coffee machine. The bathroom was clean and had good towels. Good location if you need to stay near Hallenstadion or airport. The area is quiet and safe at night, there are a couple of cafes and restaurants, but no big supermarkets or grocery stores.

Although air conditioning was excluded as part of the facilities, fan was mentioned in the Facilities section of Booking.com but there was no fan and it was extremely hot when I went. And when I messaged about temp , there was no reply. Responsiveness could have been better.

It was a good , clean apartment with only 4 mins walk to the nearest Tram station. Had a dishwasher so no washing of utensils. FYI the building is still under construction but no disturbance because of it.

Unfortunately the climatisation doesn’t or didn’t work. There is a console at the entrance that unfortunately just showed the temperature without possibility to adjust it.

The air conditioning is eco friendly which didn’t really cool the room. We slept with our windows open and had our door open to circulate air as we were here in June and it was hot.

Lovely brand new apartment with keyless entry. No staff onsite but they respond quickly to requests if you email. Cleaners come everyday to provide more towels but you need to email host to let the cleaners know.

Very easy to check in! You receive a code on your mail where you can check in. The accomodation is very new and the room is perfect. A bed, bathroom, kitchen, table with 2 chairs to eat and a fridge.

There is a control panel about lights and temperature. One or two of the lights didn’t synchronize. Also I don’t know what the controlling buttons for the temperature did other than saying what temperature the room is at, but it definitely will need a/c. It was 26-27 degrees inside the room and having the window open won’t help as the weather gets warmer. It also got a lot more expensive as I saw on the platform once it got good reviews, so it needs to live up to it.

It was obviously new and everything was still fresh and not worn out. Very well thought of in terms of design and accessibility. It is also next to the tram stations and you are at the centre in 20 minutes.
