We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BrazilLacks the human touch. Finding the right building, then finding the flat was a bit challenging. All is on the phone app (unlocking the front door, getting the code etc), so if you're out of battery or without internet (which when you're a foreigner can be), you're dead!!
The apartment is great, and offers the basics you need for a few days stay.

Clean, comfortable amazing if you have an early flight which was my case. it took 10 min to reach the airport with a bus. It wasn't noisy. The apartment was very well equipped. It is well worth considering it than staying at hotels for a bigger price.

LuxembourgSmall minus (not taking away much from lovely stay) was that bathroom has poor ventilation so it smells of fungus and the sink seemed blocked in the bathroom, the water did not evacuate quickly.
It’s a fabulous, newly renovated apartment nearby Zürich airport. It’s very quiet, very well equipped, including mini toiletries and hair dryer. You are welcomed with free snacks and soft drinks, there’s bath robes, so you can make yourself comfy. Check-in was a bit of a hassle with online lock, but lovely person on the phone helped solve the issue in no time.

SwitzerlandThe apartment unfortunately wasn't cleaned properly when I stayed there. The dishes were dirty, entire kitchen area was filthy and some surfaces were dusty. The fridge looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a very long time. 1 lamp in the living room wasn't working at all. The power circuit under the TV had a loose cable and is not connected properly (this can be a fire hazard). There's no AC or electric fan/ventilator in the apartment, so it's quite problematic during the summertime as it can get too hot inside the apartment without air ventilation.
Location was very good, it's only a 5 min. bus ride away from the airport There's a grocery store nearby within walking distance The apartment is spacious and the bathroom is perfect!
