Lacks the human touch. Finding the right building, then finding the flat was a bit challenging. All is on the phone app (unlocking the front door, getting the code etc), so if you're out of battery or without internet (which when you're a foreigner can be), you're dead!!

The apartment is great, and offers the basics you need for a few days stay.

The kitchen top is a bit small. There should be an instruction how to operate the induction cooker..

There was a problem with the water pressure.

Clean, comfortable amazing if you have an early flight which was my case. it took 10 min to reach the airport with a bus. It wasn't noisy. The apartment was very well equipped. It is well worth considering it than staying at hotels for a bigger price.

Small minus (not taking away much from lovely stay) was that bathroom has poor ventilation so it smells of fungus and the sink seemed blocked in the bathroom, the water did not evacuate quickly.

It’s a fabulous, newly renovated apartment nearby Zürich airport. It’s very quiet, very well equipped, including mini toiletries and hair dryer. You are welcomed with free snacks and soft drinks, there’s bath robes, so you can make yourself comfy. Check-in was a bit of a hassle with online lock, but lovely person on the phone helped solve the issue in no time.

The apartment unfortunately wasn't cleaned properly when I stayed there. The dishes were dirty, entire kitchen area was filthy and some surfaces were dusty. The fridge looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a very long time. 1 lamp in the living room wasn't working at all. The power circuit under the TV had a loose cable and is not connected properly (this can be a fire hazard). There's no AC or electric fan/ventilator in the apartment, so it's quite problematic during the summertime as it can get too hot inside the apartment without air ventilation.

Location was very good, it's only a 5 min. bus ride away from the airport There's a grocery store nearby within walking distance The apartment is spacious and the bathroom is perfect!

Too noisy because of the proximity to the airport. Poor customer service, no dental kits were provided and when contacted, no one answered. I left my water sipper by mistake and check-out. No customer care was available to listen to our request.

The drains were clogged, the apartment smelled bad, there was blood stains all over the duvet, there was no WIFI (unless you had an account for a Swiss local network)

One thing I didn’t like no info on area there is a bus stop right outside and if I hadn’t read reviews I wouldn’t have known about the supermarket or the bus and no map no info on sights and if you don’t know what’s available to you to see and sight see. I think it needed more helpful information that was disappointing

Towels had not been changed from prior guest. Directions were confusing. We were told a 5 minute walk from train station, but it was actually about 30 minutes. No signage and not easy to find.
