The room was very warm, and the air conditioner could not bring down the temperature. Even the two bottles of water available in the room were warm. Outside the weather was not particularly pleasant ( rain showers. The stag was very friendly and professional. Dominik at the reception and especially Maria the Italian waitress in the bar and the French man helping her that evening. All three made our evening very enjoyable.

Location. Just 4 stops/8 mins from airport on the n.50 bus (free with booking confirmation). Service. Staff were professional and very helpful. Antonio in particular arranged a free shuttle to our river cruise's new docking point in the morning. Room. Perfect 10. Very comfortable, large, clean and quiet. Breakfast. Comprehensive. Cereals yoghurt breads hot cooked choices and cheeses/cold meats. Cakes and fresh fruits. Staff again helpful.

The pillows seemed to be worn out but maybe the hotel staff would have changed it if I had simply asked so it isn't much of an issue.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it's close to the airport and there's a direct bus line to the airport and the city centre in front of the hotel. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

Maybe check the volume of the saxo during dinner, sound was really loud BUT the artist was amazing and the music incredible,

Easy to access with airport bus. Close to airport. In the morning if u take the first plane they have a « lighter » breakfast selection. Connected to a casino if u want some fun.

The hotel was comfortable although very expensive. Breakfast was ok but one morning we came down at 9 am and there was no hot food ! They hadn’t checked the buffet so it was a mad scramble to get more food organised.

Excellent choice if you’re looking for a hotel close to the airport. Rooms are modern and clean, with very comfortable beds. There’s a full bar and a good restaurant that comes in handy because there’s nothing in the immediate vicinity. The hotel is attached to a casino if you want to do some last minute gambling before catching your flight. We used the airport shuttle both on arrival and departure, and they also offer a shuttle to go into town (which we didn’t use). Although the hotel isn’t conveniently located for visiting the city, it’s a lot less expensive than the hotels downtown. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Cheap room carpet should be replaced. My rate included breakfast which was very good but would help to label the hot items.

Conveniently located next to a bus stop that takes you to the city center and only five minutes in the other direction to the airport. Free shuttle to the airport. Quiet location with large room. Bottle of water provided.

Pillows were near useless - very soft indeed.

Lovely big (triple) room, great bathroom with excellent powerful shower and a bath, great location close to airport but also very easy to get into the city via frequent public bus. I was able to go for a nice run straight from the front door, plus there’s a nice gym on site.

Very close to airport, they organized transport to airport at 6am. Very nice and neat room. My room was also upgraded. I liked the view from the hotel, big spaceousroom, big windows, cozy bed. Really a good choice to stay for a night if you are flying from Basel. The hotel was so cozy that I was sorry I didnt stay longer.

I don’t have any criticism.

Bedrooms are spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was exceptionally good. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. We used the airport shuttle and found it efficient and convenient. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
