It was very quite, family friendly and incredibly clean.

Not cooking facilities or a microwave area provided, and Switzerland being so expensive it would be nice to have a place to keep, cook or warm food. But breakfast was included and was pretty good.

Comfortable and clean room with access to terrace, simple but tasty breakfast, tasty food in the bar, great staff that helped with all questions and issues, washing and drying machines for free use (you can buy detergent at the reception desk), good location.

Proximity to the village, trails and cable car, friendly stuff. Tickets included in the room price.

Uncomfortable beds, noisy surrounding (small industrial zone). My room faced the industrial buildings and workshops where work started early. Also noises from the corridor were very disturbing.

I stayed over here with my parents, the place is clean with a shared bathroom. During our stay, it seemed that no one else was using the bathroom facilities, which was quite convenient for us. Breakfast was included, which provided basic options.

Need to pay for the towels, so better to bring your own if possible.

The room and the location was quite nice (room was very minimal and modern in style. The carpark was in a good location also very close to the hotel however full when we arrived and this caused some confusion. The barman was a very kind person who gave us some food to eat even though food service had finished for the evening.

The asian looking receptionist that "greeted" us on the evening was by far and away the worst I have come across! Rude, sarcastic and unhelpful. It ruined what would have been a pleasant stay and I will not be back because of her. Please note the rest of the staff were very nice and tried their best despite the language barrier.

We stayed in Studio M+ and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly reception staff, the room is big and well-maintained. Self-service laundry and car parking are included with the stay. The Engadin card provided during our 2-night stay was handy for the mountain cable cars.

The staff were very helpful. The bar manager Chris has to be commended for his help and positivity. Reception didn't explain that we could eat there. In fact she said they don't do food. We found out by talking to barstaff that hot food is served. The hotel was new and I would stay there again. Disappointed they charge chf5 for a towel as we booked a basic room.

Unfortunately our room was located in the back of the hotel, the window faced a warehouse where the next morning the workers were shouting to talk to each other, Unfortunately the room was not equipped with any type of ventilation (air conditioning or fan) so the window was forced to remain open. There should be an alternative or a way to cool the room (or give earplugs) if one does not want to keep the window open, our awakening was truly horrible and not restful.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Reception person was helpful with information. Maps were available. Engadin guest pass was wonderful.

The room was too hot in late June. A fan would have helped.

This property was excellent value for money albeit a taxi-ride away from San Moritz. The room was excellent, there was a bar with simple meals available at a reasonable price.

Very basic. Don’t even have any kettle or cups for a coffee.
